Brought a bike many years ago. First week had a broken shift gear. They didn’t honor the warranty and replaced it with a different shifter. Really disappointed with customer service.

Horrible customer service. A rude Napoleon complex worker tried charging $45 to put back a scooter tubeless tire (I only brought in to the store the motor and the tire halfway in). Beware !!!! Scammers, if you bring your bike here sure you will end up paying for something surprisingly bad you didn't know, they are very well known for that. Better go to the 45 street with the Koreanos you pay a little more but they really know their stuff, a good job they have work ethics, professionals. No like these... read full comment
