This place is it! If you need to repair your phone or tablet repaired come here- insurance deductibles are super high, you’ll save a lot more coming here—awesome people and prices. The customer experience is top notch. Osama is very professional, he had to go an extra mile to set my other phone, yet I had gone for screen replacement. The replacement was done in time and after the repair I was called to come and pick it, which is rare with technicians. I highly recommend Union City Phone Repairs

Phone screen did not last even the weekend before it getting cracked by itself. I'm assuming that the screens they use are not original. Don't go there expecting ur screen to last u like original quality. You get fit what u pay for

Simply Stated:Knowledgeable, Straight Shooter, No Nonsense and Reasonably Priced.Your phone is NOT dead unless Osama* (*head technician) tells you so.Definitely worth my time traveling here from either Astoria or Manhattan for all my phone+ needs.Because I somehow manage to consistently break things on my phone (things i had no idea that could even break...lol), I find myself here frequently and never even a need to even explain issue. I have been here about 6 times over the last 2 months. Although it says 1 hour, Osama fixed my phone in under 15 minutes every time! He was even closing for the night one time and patiently stayed to help me! You don’t normally visit repair shops often but since my phone was dropped a few times, I have been a frequent customer. I have never had a bad experience. The other staff are also very helpful and kind. They know how to treat their customers and are very fair too! They won’t disappoint.

They have maybe one of the best prices for screen replacement in the area. After the guy changed my screen and I got home, I noticed that one of the volume buttons was stuck for some reason, I can't explain how, maybe during the disassembling and reassembling. I went back the next day and explained and at first he was a bit reluctant (saying that I could have done it after I got home somehow) ... but afterwards he accepted it and fixed the button for no charge so kudos to him! ?
