This might be the worst bank I’ve ever been to. They’ve closed all of the tellers stations in a high traffic location. The line is out the door always. I believe it’s because it’s a poor Hispanic community. Discriminatory practices,I’ll never go back.

Good afternoon, my name is Carlos, a client of many years with you, this is the second time that the agency on 48th st and Bergenline cannot access me, the first time was to open a checking account and they did not assist me because there was no I made an appointment in advance and I understood, this second time I went to the bank and the manager helped me. Emanuel López who took too much time assisting a person who was not really requesting banking services, when it was my turn, I explained to him that I needed to make an international bank transfer and at 3pm he told me that he only attended to the platform until 3pm, which referred to another agency that serves until 5pm; What I don't really understand and having also worked in banks is the quality of the service, which is so terrible and poor that this man's attention is not to provide a facility to clients and especially when the bank is empty without people who would be waiting before me. I went to the Bergenline office and 31st St and there they told me that they should have attended to me and that they always send clients with long operations to this agency, probably due to the fact that they close on time or leave on time, I hope they take this into account. This mistreatment of us clients who are loyal to your institution since the attention gives a lot to think about and really encourages the fact of transferring our businesses and funds to other entities,

We were told that an appointment was scheduled only to discover the next day that we had no walk ins or appointments available on our name. We were given half baked information on a bunch of things before using the bank services. A second appointment was promised in our name and again not created.Poor service.

The information and attention service of the Albanian banker has been very gratifying and excellent.
She is very qualified, she knows her job with great efficiency and dedication, guiding me in the best way. She is also courteous and very polite and follows the customer service protocol very well.
My time with her was very productive.

Long lines and all, this is normal for a money world. You need to pay salaries etc. And if a teller takes a long time to process a customer, this is also normal. You don't wanna make a mistake dealing with accounts and packs of money that can drive poor tellers crazy. At least the branch manager really works in this branch, she takes the first hit, she is a first line defender, always standing at the outpost right near the door. Go to the next branch at 6050 Bergenline Ave, and you will notice that the branch manager is indistinguishable from the crowd of people in the line. You try to look for her but you can't find her. You need to do this trick. Pretend you wanna go to the cubucals to talk to the bankers. Then she'll show up out of nowhere and fast asking if you need help.... But in this branch it's all long and all that, then use the fr***g mobile banking to do transfers and most of the job. Ok, so big shout out to the bank manager at this branch!
