Amber brows is definitely the best place to do your eyebrows. When I went for the first time the other day Amber was so polite and asked me how I’d like my eyebrows . She even gave her professional opinion on what work needed to be done on them. She took her time which I appreciate because most places just rush to get you off the chair to do the next person. For so long I felt like my eyebrows were never even or looked similar but she changed that and they look better than ever! I will never go anywhere else but here!!!

Beware!
Got a Brazilian and leg wax here.
The leg wax was fine the Brazilian she must have went over the area excessively because when I got home I realized areas of my skin were extremely red, stinging, and scabbing.
I messaged her as soon as I saw and told her the damage along with pictures of the area and she claimed first claimed it was my ingrown hairs.
We all know what an ingrown looks like, this was not that it was scabbing and inflamed.
She then said it was an “allergy” I explained it’s only on specific parts of the Brazilian area it’s not all over, if it was a allergy even if only on my public area it would be more spread.
Do you apply a face cream that irritates your skin and only your left cheek is affected?? No
She tried to gaslight me the whole time when it was because of her poor application. I’ve never had this issue before so why would I suddenly be allergic to her wax? If it was really an allergy then why did she try to say it was because of my ingrown hairs at first? Just a bunch of dismissive excuses
Would give zero stars if possible.
If you want to go here and get a simple area then sure but anywhere else take your money elsewhere. And honestly she’s overpriced for a shoe closet wax area. You can pay the same price at real wax spot. I wouldn’t have gone there if I wasn’t in a time crunch.
UPDATE: Editing my review because the owner is rude as well. I payed $155.52 which include my tip because apparently I can’t afford her services. That was for a Brazilian and half leg wax (upper area) I hope everyone see this review and understand the kind of treatment she is providing.
The shoe closet in question is the size of the waxing room please understand when you go in the back room there is Barely room for two people and her chair.
As you can she she’s is continue to give excuses of the issue. The “discoloration” in question was a huge red skin irritation. The dry skin comment is proof of her unprofessional nature bc anyone that gets waxed know you cannot have lotioned or oiled skin pior.
So once again beware you can pay 150 for a better location it’s not about being cheap as she calls it. It’s about paying for a service and getting the treatment you deserve. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at European wax center.

Amber did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax! It wasn’t very painful for my first time and she spoke with me throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

Requested style: Did my eyebrow threading very well. Was very patient with me, readjusting my fingers when they needed to be. Definitely will be returning. Worth it!

Amber is the best! She does my eyebrows perfectly every time. She also takes her time which I love because she does it carefully and correctly. She is also very friendly, and never rude. I highly recommend this place. They also have comfortable sofas and chairs while you wait.
