I’ve taken all of my 3 cats here. Never had any issues with setting up an appointment. The staff is very helpful and my cats have all been “fixed” here with no issues. Fair prices for the area.

Ambassador will care for your pet and they know what they are doing. Giving your pet the right pet care is not cheap. All in all they give a good service at a good price. Thank you for taking care of my dog.

I just called this place looking for a new Vet for a rescue dog. I was trying to explain the situation and was treated extremely rudely by the man on the phone. He asked why I am I telling him a story and I said thank you. He hung up the phone as I was trying to tell him we are in need of a vet for our rescue. Poor customer service and no compassion at all. I wish I could give no stars.

Not very nice people especially the lady that answers the phone.Plus the veterinarian is not very good .I would not trust these people with your animal.

They do not answer the phones and do not answer without an appointment, not even to make a consultation. Bad service.

Horrible horrible service!! Had an appointment for two small dogs; I specifically told them it was for the rabies vaccine. My younger sister when in to register while I found parking and these people took advantage of that. Giving the fact that she was only 15 yrs old they started adding up the bill and getting her to say yes to anything they told her to get without first confirming with the adult. I walk in (not even 5 mins later) expecting to see her sitting in the waiting room instead she is in an exam room unsupervised and they were putting vaccines on the dogs we did not request. I don’t know what we make appointment for certain vaccines if they do not keep track of their patients requests. Ended up with a bill of close do $300 when we were just supposed to get rabies vaccine; when I confronted them about the bill and unsupervised charges they denied to let us leave until we paid. Super bad experience overall; they put in lies in your head to get money out of you just because “it’s just good for the dogs” without explaining what each service and vaccine is for. STAY AWAY. Not even the health exam is thorough; very disappointing, you can tell they don’t care about the pets, just about making money.

The place smells bad and you can see green flies flying everywhere.Better not to talk about the Dr, she needed him to prescribe an antiparasitic and he said ok and started carrying out tests, until then everything was fine after drawing blood from my dog he started giving her several vaccines which I had not asked for... the anti-parasitic vaccine. Anger was necessary but the others were totally useless for which he charged 280 dollars and the worst thing was he did not give me the prescription that I had initially asked for.I had to go back a week later to see the results of the tests and everything was fine, I went back and told him about the prescription I needed and he just started giving him more vaccines... for which he charged another 280 dollars and never gave me the prescription what I askedIn the summer my dog got fleasThe place and its vet or Dr are horrible, not professional.

Called Tuesday morning at 10am on August 8th, 2023 for a urine specific gravity and was told by the receptionist they don't perform this test. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me she was the only person there. I don't believe this person as I'm a technician and it's a simple urine test that takes about 30 seconds to take in-house. Thank you for nothing

First time I came with my puppy for vaccines, it was HORRIBLE. The appointment was just a 5 min thing for the FIRST time. My pet got sick by the 3rd day after vaccines. This veterinarian hours service SUCKS because I had an emergency and they were not even open that day. And oh, I had to go to a different Vet. and restart vaccines. I went to ask for my puppy vaccine records/info and they wouldn't give it to me just because i didn't go back.. i was not happy with this veterinarian and their service.

There is no much to say about this place because it is just so hard to get to talk to them. They only take easy cases and I know this because they ask you about the age of the cat or dog and what kind of issues they are having. You tell them something a little complicated and they will dismiss you saying that they don't take those cases for now. Look for other options if you want anything else than vaccination or a checkup.
