Great customer service. I read the reviews and went to the shop to get one of my watches battery changed and get the other one fitted right on the wrist. The gentleman (owner) at the shop was so nice and showed me a few things on the watch for maintenance did the work on the watches right away. Highly recommend

This is my second time coming here. They helped me with my and my husband’s wedding ring, since one of us gained weight and the other one lost some … lol so we needed to resize it.

After a lengthy online search for a local jeweler/jewelry repair, I was surprised at the sheer quantity of positive reviews at a location nearby. I had a loose bracelet clasp I’ve been looking to fix for months and decided to rush to Alberto’s a few minutes before closing on a Tuesday night. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, fixing my bracelet in two minutes at no charge. I was impressed with his customer service and kindness. Because of his humble, helpful demeanor, I decided to browse his assortment of diamond jewelry. His team found me the perfect vintage piece and offered a fair price. Not only that, they stayed open almost 30 minutes after business hours to accommodate my purchase. I am happy to have found a reputable local jeweler with a longstanding customer base, and happier to contribute to his pile of positive reviews with one of my own. I’ll be back for sure!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! This place is a scam. I had my mother take in my broken necklace chain for an easy repair, and to my disbelief they scammed us and replaced my chain with one of much lower quality/value. It completely blows my mind that someone would do something like this!!! Ive had this necklace for almost a decade, my mother in law who passed away gifted me this necklace. Ive worn it for many years, as soon as my mother showed my the "Repaired Necklace" I started crying, I instantly knew it was not the same one. She went back and asked them to please replace my necklace with the correct one, (explained it holds sentimental value) but unfortunately they will not admit they are thieves. Clear indicator that it’s not the same- note the length orange shirt is cheap chain much longer then my original chain!- I hope whoever did this rots in hell.
