I used Pensa movers on 7/1/24 excellent service. They went above and beyond like moving things into the garage that people would take at a late date to moving from a house into an apartment complex with only 1 ekevator. From the office dealing with Dennis and Jodi, to Lou an owner , all very pleasant to deal with and always got back to you in a timely manner. Don’t hesitate very good, reliable and PLEASANT !

I hired Pensa Movers in 2001 when I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. More recently I hired them again in March 2024. Louis Pensa was very accommodating when I had to change dates of the move last minute when the closing got pushed off a few days. His crew showed up on time and they were very careful with my items and also very efficient in the use of a freight elevator in my apartment bldg. The guys were equally professional when they unloaded and put my furniture wherever I directed them. I would certainly use Pensa Movers again and recommend them to anyone.

Pensa Moving And Storage were referred to me. I should have stuck with the movers I had in the past. I had stored my Ethan Allen furniture previously without a marks or scratches with other movers. Pensa is the worst moving and storage in the industry. My furniture is all scratched. They had to have it so tightly stored that my furniture is all scratched up. Tops, side, fronts of multiple pieces. Also some kind of dark marks that cannot be polished out.They are by far the worst!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU LIKE YOUR FURNITURE, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

We have used Pensa for our 5th move and cannot thank them enough. Moving is stressful, but they make the process seamless. We have used them in the past and have been very satisfied with their service and pricing. However, they recently moved us from one apartment to another apartment on the same floor. We were given an estimate that an apartment of three rooms of furniture would take 4 men half a day or 4 hours. In good faith, we paid $955. for the job.When the men came, they showed up without any wardrobe boxes for our clothes or any boxes for packing our kitchen/ bathroom items. The men tried to help and threw some kitchen items into two of their trollers , but left the remainder of our kitchen, bathroom and obviously our clothes for us to move. The total time that the movers were here was 2 1/2 hours! We have given them a lot of business over the years, and feel that they sent their workers unprepared and unless they were including time to help us pack, the estimate was way off base. Very disappointed.

We recently had our second move with Pensa and everything was PERFECT! I can't say enough about this company. We have all heard horror stories about other moving companies. And we all know how stressful moving can be. None of this is the case when you use Pensa. They are experienced, professional, dependable and reasonably-priced. Every step of the way, from their office staff to their labor staff...these are good people and a great company ?.

From getting an estimate to unloading the last box, the service has been nothing but excellent considering it was the first time using a moving service. The price was reasonable for the work in packing, making sure all the fragile items were protected, and the speed to get everything done. What I thought would take all day for myself and another, the crew of 5 accomplished in just hours. Would highly recommend if your looking to move and barely even lift a finger.

Call Lou for any of your moving needs. Him and his team are down to earth, hard working, and some of the most trusted muscle in the business. We had hired the guys while i was 7 mos pregnant and needed all the help i could get. Fast, reliable, super friendly, and went the extra mile. Hired them again to get a dining room set moved in during an early morning snow flurry and it was flawless. Dont do it yourself, hire these men immediately!
