“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. “I was a new customer when I arrived seeking repair or possibly replacement of a tire whose pressure had dropped fast. A friend recommended Mavis -- in the past I had been loyal to a small tire business, but the owners sold it and I didn't like my customer experience with the new owners ("the wait could be hours; we may need you to leave your car here for a day or two...."). I went on to the Mavis website and to my surprise (1) they had a super-easy online appointment scheduling system, (2) appointments were available immediately, and (3) I made the appointment on the spot. My car was taken in right away. Aside from how much time it would take for the repair, my other concern was whether I would get an honest assessment which my prior vendor had always given. I should not have worried. The tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Mavis could easily have sold me a new tire (how would I know), but they told the truth and charged me $25 for the repair, when I had expected to shell out a whole lot more. Service was friendly, fast and so easy. I am now a Mavis customer!”

“Brought my sienna for a diagnosis for the CAT. Very busy place however, all workers are beyond professional and are very nice and know what they are doing. They send pictures and make a full report to help you understand what the issue is. By far, one of the more professional mechanics I've been to. They are also honest and won’t rip you off. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this! Let’s be honest – buying a new car is not fun at all but Buhler is the EXCEPTION! When I walked through the front door I was greeted warmly by Lynn (who couldn’t do enough for you by the way) and explained my unique situation and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation she paired me up with the BEST SALESMAN I have ever met, Brendan Cooper. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and promised me right away he was going to do his best to get the van I needed for my daughters and I. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. It is very rare to meet a salesman with a heart like this guy has. He was so sympathetic, and kind and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was not pushy at all and went above and beyond for me. This dealership did not waste a minute of my time playing “games” and was upfront and honest. When it was time to sign the papers I was brought to Andrew Rocco, who was a delight and had everything ready to go to get me in and out quickly and answered any questions I had. This dealership did A LOT for my family and I will forever be grateful that we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Brendan has a huge heart and is always a call or email away if any questions pop up and is so responsive! When I went to get our new license plates he again spent soooo much time with me going over the car, and even let my little girls assist him in putting on the license plates – it was the highlight of their day lol. This guy is an all around terrific guy and I have told all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience. I am a first time customer at this dealership and will now be a lifetime customer and never need to look anywhere else. I cannot think of a single complaint or anything at all that I would change. This dealership stands out above all others and Brendan Cooper is a rare gem! “I have a 2019 Suburban, which I bought new and still have another year to finish paying it off. So back in mid-July 2024 marked the first time I was in an accident in over 30 years, a little over 3 weeks ago in Eatontown. I was sideswiped by a minivan, which took out my front driver side tire, front fender and some scrapes along the driver side. I was at fault ☹. The PD had a flatbed tow truck deliver it to Anthony's, all within an hour. My head was spinning. I never heard of Anthony's, nor have I been to a body shop in the past 30 years, but I can tell you they were great. I was clearly upset when I showed up at Anthony's and the co-owner guy Jimmy was very empathetic and kind to me. He calmed me down. The mechanic Brian was excellent to deal with and always kept me in the know… very nice people including the office staff. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but (knock on wood) if I ever do I will go to Anthony’s. Just to put the icing on the cake was they detailed it inside and out... it looks almost as good as when i drove it off the All-American Lot 5 years ago. Shout out to Anthony’s – what a class-act business. Thank you”

“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. First was 2021 during the pandemic and they crushed any other place I shopped at prior.A coworker referred them to me while I was frustrated shopping for a new SUV. Their first deal proposal crushed anybody I saw prior to them.Second car was due to a flood. Very unexpected so I had to shop to make sure I wasn’t losing it all ya know…. And mannnnn when I tell ya…. Again their first deal proposal beat everybody I went to prior. And I meannn they beat em bad…We finalized the deal on a Pathfinder platinum 2024 while I was on vacation with my family celebrating my 40th birthday. I landed they had my car delivered to my door within 2 hours of landing.Customer service. Integrity. Attention to detail.
