The associate who helped me at check out didn't just scan items and take my money.
He went way above and beyond that and took time to help me access the Staples app on my phone so I could get rebate on my toner purchase. He was pleasant, patient, and actually looked at me while speaking-sadly that is all too rare these days with your typical retail cashier.

Matt in the printing department is the best. Very good customer service. I made some certificates for my company and Matt was able to print them for me and they came out beautiful. He was able to edit it as well and remove one imperfection. 100% recommend this Staples.
