I was just at the Washington Township location. I need to give an enormous shout out to Heather!! I have skin allergies and she noticed I was slowly looking at shampoos and reading labels. I explained my concerns and she took the time to stand with me reading labels until we found products that were right for me! She even checked the prices and said that they were on sale! Oh happy me! I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received. Also, the young lady Sarah, was very pleasant! By the way, the customer before me was gave Heather a hard time, she handled it very professionally!

Deborah was 10/10. I went to Sally’s today to pick up some shampoo and conditioner, as well as some hair dye, and I met the sweetest lady working there. She said she was new but had so much knowledge about the store and products! She was so kind and really cared about listening to me and even told me about promotions that were going on which saved me money and I got more product. She was helping someone prior to me and unfortunately they weren’t able to find the color she was looking for and she was genuinely upset that she couldn’t help this customer, which made me feel like she really cares about her job and the people that come in.

The employees here are always super inviting and friendly, but I SPECIFICALLY want to shine light on Madison, who is 100% a diamond human being. She saw that I was having a bad day and went out of her way to ensure I was calm and collected before I left. That 5 minute interaction that I had with her not only helped mentally collect myself, but reminded me that good people in this world still exist, and she deserves the world within her career at Sally Beauty, 100% making this my store of choice from now on and I do live closer to West Berlin. Thank you so much for sharing your positive energy and good luck with your future. You're a rockstar ?

Just wanna give a shout out to Samantha for helping me with my order and recommending products to me. A few of my items were out of stock from my online pickup order. But she helped me swap those things out and gave her honest opinion. Also gave me some tips and tricks for the lashes I bought instore. Definitely will be back and hope she's still around!!

Avoid this place!! Prices are too high, limited products and of all things, after you purchase your items you must pay for a bag for your items.

I just went there not even 3 days ago . This is what I got , looks like worms ? in my hair dye . Since Covid-19 I guess they have had this dye they don’t switch their dyes Because this is what mines looked like 23 dollars later no refund nothing. DONT GO THERE!!! They are selling people bad hair dye that’s outdated which is terrible because it’s going in ur hair. Like EWWWWWW EWW ? SO GROSSS !!!

Do not order anything online... until they can actually contact their previous customers back! I emailed then about my april 25th order in early May. They have emailed me back about everything but what I emailed them! It's been 2 months and I just sat on hold for 45 minutes to get hung up on!! The over all problem is they are trying to screw me out of well earned sally points! I spent $400! And didnt get one reward towards my account!!! Walmart offers better products and less of a hassle btw.
