Mike Wilkes took care of the damage done during delivery of a washer and dryer for my son. No hassles, very helpful staff in the Appliance department. And Jayla in Customer Service was Great in getting us a copy of the Sales Receipt for doing Rebates thru ACE

I usually don't Shop at Lowes because i had issues in the past with an appliance delivery. However, my fridge broke so I had my mom help me out with her Lowes card. The salesman was great absolutely no problems. The delivery was even better as i thought i was going to have the same problem as before but, my fears were put aside as they set up and installed with ease.

I've had it with lowes. I spend a lot of money there. Every time I go there now they send people to spy on me. I guess maybe because I'm a black man. If they don't want me there than I won't go. They really make you feel like your a thief. I'll just go to depot until they start the madness.
