Stopped payment on my homeowners policy with no warning, and no one ever answers or returns my calls and voicemails. Had to obtain a policy with another company.

Have had my car insurance through them for years. Have questions about a couple things, can't get an answer when I call them, along with leaving messages, but no return call. I feel like since they moved from the BHP, Williamstown over to Fries Mill Rd, Turnersville, the office seems to be unattended. If I could give a "negative" star, I absolutely would.
