They’ve been out to rebuild my granddaughter clock and fix/oil it. The clock technician is extremely knowledgeable, figures out the exact problem, and fixes the clock in place if possible. Highly recommend and will always use this shop for my clock repairs. The technician always explains the repairs and problem as well.

He charged $150 for in home visit to diagnose and get our clock running after we installed a new works. It is very likely he had the instruments in his toolbox to set the timing of the works. He wanted another $400 to do that at his shop. He had four additional customers to rip off in the area that day.

Couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommend! Reasonable price & my mantel clock was easily serviced. They have beautiful clocks in store as well.

Unsurpassed customer service and pricing. Walked in with an unworkable cookoo clock and Hugh repaired it while I waited. Old school service and unbelievable inventory of grandfather, cookoo, and wall and mantel clocks at very fair prices. Look no further, worth the trip. 10 stars if it were possible.

I love this store. Hugh is great! I bought my Cuckoo Clock over 5 years ago from him and it’s still going strong. It’s beautiful and nothing adds more charm and comfort to a home than a beautiful ticking clock.

Truly a honest craftsman. We had a little problem he talked us through it to get the grandfather clock chiming again! Prices are absolutely reasonable, arrived on time, straight forward explained everything. Highly recommend definitely not using any one else.

I bought my Grandfather clock from this marvelous shop in. 2007. Mark fixed my Mom’s prized clock for me after she died. He came out and oiled and checked my grandfather clock this morning. He is a wonderful technician and sells only the finest clocks!

Recently bought a wonderful mantle clock that Mark completely restored. Once I brought it home however, our 6 month old puppy tripped me and I dropped the brand new clock! Back to hughs clock shop and mark found a cabinet repair colleague and fixed the clock! It’s amazing and just a great addition to my collection! Hugh’s clock shop is the Best!

I want to say how wonderfully the proprietors of Hughes, Mark and Mike, treated me and my “grandfather” clock recently. They went out of their way to be sure that my beautiful clock found its way home and was perfectly serviced by Christmas. You will not go wrong if you have them care for your precious timepieces.
