“Mobile orders always have an insanely fast turnaround time for curbside pickup. When I go inside, I am always greeted and it's usually the same familiar faces. Alan is always more than willing to help me load my car even when I insist that I got it. If something isn't available in the store, they offer to order it or find another store that does have it. The store is always clean and orderly and well stocked.”

“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”

Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. “I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
