“My family and I were on a trip to Maine. A little after 1pm, we drove into their parking lot. Distraught, I told them the problem with my car. They were so accommodating and very sweet. They kept me informed of what was happening with my car, went to work immediately on the repairs(which were a lot), and had us on the road as fast as they could. We left and made it to Maine safely. The gentleman at Monro called to make sure we had no problems on our way there. He told me to call if we ran into problems on the way home. Unfortunately, as bad luck would have it, I had to call him to see if he could send me a copy of the receipt of the work because a few hours after arriving home from vacation, I hit a deer and totaled my car. When I talked to him, he asked if my kids and I were okay. He asked about our trip and offered any other help if I needed it. I’m thankful and very grateful that there are still people that care about helping others. The car worked perfectly on the rest of our drive to and from Maine; the customer service was excellent!!!”

The snacks were good and the place was clean and the wait time was reasonable. However I made my appointment through an automated phone system and I specifically inquired about state inspections and emissions and didn't realize NJ didn't do them until the representative reminded me so I received maintenance services and had to go somewhere else for my state stickers.”
