“In regards to Alexandra’s negative review, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ask the cost before proceeding. I have always asked before proceeding to make sure I had the funds to cover or to see what options are available in case I couldn’t pay up front. I’ve been going to Southern Ocean Animal Hospital as long as I’ve lived in the area (30+ years) and have NEVER had an issue. The staff is phenomenal and go out of their way to accommodate.
