I was washing my car and went to go rinse and the hose broke and water went everywhere I was not able to get the soap off my car I spent $10 on this.

I had the unlimited car wash plan. Keep in mind I've had it at another car wash but moved and switched it. This car wash only has one plan that includes cleaning the inside of the car but if it's an suv they don't touch the trunk. I paid extra with my former unlimited option for an suv. This doesn't offer it and wants you to pay additional every time to do the trunk. Well needless to say immediately cancelled the plan. Why pay for half a** work.

I have been getting car maintenance here for years. Always great and friendly. They even pull records for me when I need them. I get everything from oil changes, belts, brakes, and radiators when I need them. I recommend going here if you are looking to avoid other local "chains"

Not sure what i paid for , i even left a tip , but wasn't impressed when i got home and took a look . Im not sure if they misunderstood what i wanted because it was my first time , but the outside and inside were not cleaned . Took tons of photos before i did the job that i paid for . First time and it was such a disappointment. Will try and upload photos .

The fact that you tolerate keeping employees who feel it's ok to use the N word freely tells me all I need to know about a business. The Facebook apology he was instructed to do as a form of punishment was the worst apology I'd ever seen. Just terrible.

I had my 2018 Subaru Forester Detailed and it looks beautiful!! My wife was so thrilled when she saw how nice it looked. Very nice people as well!

Rick is hands down the most knowledgeable mechanic that I've ever dealt with and every vehicle that I've own I've always taken it to him. I'll never take my current vehicle or future vehicle anywhere else because nobody knows what Rick knows period! Go and experience it for yourself firsthand and you'll see what people are saying and how satisfied they are with the Tuckerton Car Wash!

My wife has been having trouble with the heater in her jeep. We were told that the heater would have to be replaced. A little research on YouTube showed a way to possibly fix the problem with the heater. The owner was very condescending. He made my wife wait an hour and twenty minutes. He then told her that her Jeep did not have the same configuration as the one in the video. I believe this could have been done in a few minutes not having her wait for well over an hour, while other people came and went. I guess she broke some unwritten law about a woman questioning a mechanic. We have a large family and none of them will ever use the services of Tuckerton Car Wash.

I got the inside of my car detailed for smelling reasons.They did a great job cleaning it, but they did not clean everywhere I asked them too. After bringing it back the second time, I was told it still smelt because the seats were damp, there was a gross smell, not the dampness. They bombed the car with fragrance which smelt great until the car dried up and the smell died off. I asked specifically to get everywhere including in between the seats, and there were still stuff in between the seats. If the car did go for the smell and deep clean I needed, I'd give them an A+ but the fact I brought it for the smell and mess, they did half the job I needed. The owner and assistant worked really well with me and helped me out, overall.
