Beyond thrilled with the detailing of our car! These gentlemen are the BEST! Gorgeous job and the car looks brand new. Due to my work schedule, these fine folks delivered my car to my workplace as a bonus. My husband and I will both be back time and time again. Fabulous job by some great fellows! Thank you ! Amazing job

Terrible customer service. Owner never even showed up for one of the appointments. Below average car detail. Items from inside my car stolen during the process. A bunch of extra charges such as an $8.00 "water surcharge" and $5.00 "disinfection fee" added to the bill at the end. Such a scam.

The owner/manager worked with us to redeem a Groupon that was ready to expire. He offered extra services, which I declined and he accepted. The vehicle was very well done and when picking it up, I spent some time talking with the owner/manager. Professional service, nice people. I suggest they update the times they are open on the website, but other than that, I'll be back for another detail.

I've never written a yelp review before but I had such a terrible experience that I'm doing it now - I firmly believe that this is the most unprofessional business in the city of Albuquerque. Not only is the service and actual quality of work poor, but the business is shady all-around. If I could give a worse rating, I would.I purchased a groupon, just like all the other reviewers, for a "VIP detail" from Extreme Auto Spa & Detail, which to start off isn't even the name of the actual business located at that address. The groupon was for a detail package, originally $164, that I purchased for about half that price. I called to schedule an appointment and had to leave a message. I drove to the location to talk to someone and the owner (I'm assuming) proceeded to tell me, without me even asking, that the groupon package was not what I thought a detail consisted of and that I'd have to spend an additional $35 to have the seats and carpets cleaned. I wanted a full *actual* detail and I had already bought the groupon, so I decided to go ahead with that. We scheduled the appointment for 10am on a Monday and when I arrived, there wasn't anyone there. I waited for about 10 minutes then called the business phone hoping someone in the back would hear it. The person who came wasn't expecting me and was confused why I was there, but then after I talked with him he asked for a phone number and that he'd call when he was finished.I got a call at about 2pm from the owner who told me it was done and asked how soon I could be there because he wanted to "take lunch" and wouldn't be back until 3:30pm. I told him I'd be there when he got back. When I arrived the door was locked and there was another couple in the same boat who had been waiting for over an hour. The owner came out the front door at 4pm saying, "I'm here now!".When I went to pay, he told me that not only was he charging me for the extra shampooing but that he'd be charging me sales tax for the groupon as well as a water surcharge (seriously?) that ended up being over $60! I didn't understand how that math added up, and he told me that he charged sales tax on the original price of the package that I bought from groupon ($164) on top of the sales tax for the extra work. Now for the actual detail: it was lousy. There was dirt and sand in the e-brake boot, the gauge cluster was dirty and oily, there were spots of some kind of goo-like substances around the exterior, and top it all off, they took items out of the vehicle. I understand that normally when you leave your car at a shop they express to you to take personal items out, but in this case no legal document was ever signed. I should have taken the items out of the vehicle, but even so it's a pretty low and unethical move to deliberately take specific things out of the center console (especially a bottle of hand sanitizer, we all know how valuable that is nowadays) and keep it for yourself. All in all, if there's anything to learn from this review, if you'd like to save yourself a headache and a good chunk of change for a poorly done car detail and a frustrating experience, go to an actual, responsible, professional business, not this one.

the best of the best! having 3 kids and a shepherd, the car was bound to be a hot mess! we got it back and it was cleaner than when we took it home off the car dealer lot! did not disappoint at all. she even drove it back to my house when she was done. all in all a great service and will never take my car for a detail to anyone else!

Purchased a Groupon for $80 for a detail on my moms suv. Our governor released a statement for the elderly to stay inside due to the coronavirus. We saw the news around 930 and my mom told me she was scared because of her comprised health to go outside. I immediately notified the company around 10pm (late I know) but nothing I could do we are in the middle of a pandemic and things are changing by the minute. Instead of being understanding I received a text message from someone I assume works at the detail shop advising me he will be charging a $25 rescheduling fee after I explained the situation about my moms health. This company has no understanding or compassion for the current situation. I should've known from all the negative reviews on Groupon about the company. If this company would have been understanding with the current global issue, they would've had a customer for life but being selfish in this time of need shows the type of business ran. I know you have "policy's in place" but my mom has no control over being too ill to risk getting her car detailed especially for this type of company. Also I received a threatening text message stating "I will be posting your text message if you leave a yelp or Groupon complaint") Not a complaint, just awareness for future customers.

Update: the owner responded on another platform threatening to sue instead of addressing the actual problems. This tells me they are not only unprofessional, they also don't know the law. The funny thing is, they accused me of being somebody else. This tells me the problem I mentioned others have had as well. I wish I checked the reviews before buying their Groupon. My experience seems to be the same as others. It was tough to make an appointment. Once the appointment was made, I dropped off my car. The person there was confused and did not have me on their calendar. I was told the car would be done by noon (dropped off at 9am), and that I would get a call if done earlier. I told them great, and that I would be back around three since I didnt need it till then. When I arrived, the car wasn't ready. There was no apology. They charged tax....TWICE. They added the tax to the amount they charged me, which is fine. But it was more than the state and local tax. On top of that, they charged me tax on that total amount. Meaning, they charged me twice for tax. The actual work was fine. However, the business is unorganized and unprofessional. I'm not sure if that inaccurate charges is incompetence or cheating. Considering others seem to have the same issue, I'm leaning towards cheating.

Like the other reviewer, I called and left a message to schedule and they texted me more than a week later as a response. It takes a lot to arrange dropping off your vehicle on a weekday and they should be accurate on times. Their employees need to communicate better. The person who took the car in the morning said 2-3 hours. Then when I got my ride there after work, more than 6 hours later, it wasn't done. That was pretty aggravating. I knew about the water surcharge and sales tax but yes like the other reviewer it was way over taxed! The amount they taxed me isn't even correct amount for state taxes for the ORIGINAL price of my economy detail, nor the groupon price I paid. I don't know where they got the number to be honest.

My six year old truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Val paid attention to the smallest of details which is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend Primal Detailing.
