I originally was not going to review JM Center but today I found out that I have been driving a dangerous car after taking my car here. We just moved to the area and received a mailer for them. The way I take auto coupons is not a true coupon just a set price for the service. I had my tires balanced here to try them out. An easy service to try a new place out. While checking out the service technician asked the service writer about an item and the service writer dismissed them loudly after finding out about utilizing a "coupon." Well after I took my car back home every time I moved it I saw a weight in my parking spot. I don't drive a lot so how were the weights falling off every time? I took it to a new spot today to get them rebalanced and found out what the technician most likely was trying to point out: my tires were worn through and needed replacement asap. The second car place said they were very concerned I was driving the car on this tire and offered to place my spare on. No discussion of tire sale at the second place so it wasn't an upsell but an actual concern. If you don't want to provide service to "coupon clients" then save some marketing money and stop sending them out. I would have bought tires from them on the spot if brought to my attention. Def agree with the previous reviews where they called this place a big fish in a little pond.

Great service, fair prices, very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers.Matt ,Brian and Greg are 3 names I got to know there and John's mom and dad and not sure of names of the rest of the staff, but all are very courteous and nice!
Very comfortable waiting area, and easy to get to!
I am very happy and glad that John Miller Car Care Center was recommended to me!

Jon and his guys were absolutely amazing to deal with! I gave them a HUGE job on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and they succeeded. My car is running like brand new now after thinking about junking it because of the issues. I cannot thank them enough for all of the hard work and time they put into this thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went in with my "new to me" truck with a wobble and a pull. I got all four tires balanced and an alignment. The truck drives straight as an arrow and the wobble is gone.
I highly recommend this shop. They have always been straight forward with price on repairs and any issues that have come up during repairs.
Friendly, courteous and professional customer service and staff.

I would think twice before agreeing to “Jon Miller Car Care Center” from working on your car, in regards to the price. My main complaint on pricing is replacement parts. Almost every part replaced can be found for nearly 40-60% less on most retail auto shops.
My car began misfiring from abnormally worn down spark plugs (That lasted 45k/100k miles) and shortly began shaking a lot. Car was towed to “Jon Miller Car Care Center” and the shop then diagnosed the issues then began repairs. Spark plugs, ignition wires, oxygen sensor, and 3 items each below $30 were replaced.

- Spark Plugs 4 x $23.99 = $93.56
- OEM Ignition Wire Set 1 x $138.66 = $138.66
- OEM Oxygen Sensor 1 x $329.70 = $329.70

- Spark Plugs 4 x $16.99 = $67.96

Overall, I was very disappointed with the pricing and I felt like I did not have much of an option but to pay. Just got my car towed to their shop and I did not want to risk damaging the car by driving to a different shop with the engine misfiring.
This is borderline predatory and completely unacceptable.
The replacement parts were roughly 65-150% upcharge depending on the OEM oxygen sensor that was purchased.

The day before thanksgiving (11/22/23) I get a flat. I was looking all over for a shop near by and this one had the best reviews. I didn’t think they would take my car since it’s the day before a holiday but they did. I cannot remember the name of the man I spoke to this morning his energy just clicked made me laugh on the phone they came to pick up my car within an hour after my phone call take my care and GOT IT DONE even though they had to order a tire. everyone I spoke with just amazing! and my car feels so good again, besides the best service i’ve ever gotten for taking my car to a shop my favorite part was the chocolate car I got ! thank you guys again for being so amazing. definitely 100% recommending to everyone !
