Use this doctor on the Dutch vet app twice. This woman seems to not let me finish explaining my situation with my dog. Anything I said she said the opposite, I understand she’s the professional in this matter, but at the same time it was more of saying the opposite, in a very insensitive way, while putting me down. She prescribed me extremely expensive antibiotic which serve me no purpose of going through the Dutch app. The antibiotic was about $300 which I could not afford. The second time I reached out to her about my dog, having a UTI and my dog having a sensitive stomach. She did recommend that I bring my dog into a vet which is fine. I understand that she asked me what I was giving my dog dry kibble with a little warm water and coconut oil in her food mixed in. Before I can even finish who recommended to do that, (it was actually a very good vet I had years ago that recommended the coconut oil along with a friend of mine who was a dog trainer)she told me I was flaky for doing that, and that it was flaky to give my dog coconut oil. I thought it was unprofessional she seemed to have an attitude. She had a pissed off look on her face as soon as I got onto the video. She was absolutely speaking down to me and unfortunately I let her get to me, and called her a few choice names which I’m not afraid to admit.
Do not go to Dr. Miriam Samet. She’s very rude to people, talks down to people. And should be more careful and considerate of how she talks to clients. The first time I had her I thought maybe I was just reading into things but after the second time she confirmed her behavior as a real rude person, should have went with my gut with the first experience and left her at that.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to make an appointment. The tech was just wonderful. She brought us into the room and took all our info. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. They were recommended to us and I'm going to recommend them to you. Very pleasant experience and wonderful, caring people.

This place is horrible. They send us weekly reminders that they are on vacation, still masking because of covid, and snarky emails about how "someone" treated the staff poorly? However they didn't send anything about our dogs shots being overdue.
I truly believe they don't want anyone in there because it's filthy. I believe it is clear that they care about themselves way more than the animals you bring to them.
Additionally, when we tried to give constructive feedback, it was obvious they didn't care at all. Even after going there for 4 years.

Absolutely LOVE Yardville Animal Hospital. The entire staff, from the Doc to the techs, are so friendly and my pup, Tommy Pickles, loves them. They explain everything thoroughly and have frequently followed up with me to see how my dog was doing since he's been dealing with some major medical issues. You can feel how much they actually care about our pets. I could not recommend this place more.

Went to this vet for our new kitten's vaccine series and general health. Was hoping to build a solid relationship but instead was lied to multiple times. Arrived for what was told would be a tech (vaccine-only) appointment and instead was charged for a doctor's visit AND the vaccine. Then was told to make another 4th vaccination round after being told previously that this one (3rd) would be the last. These people will take your money with a smile on their faces, folks. Also they'll upsell useless 3rd party products and services because they are literally scheduling lunches with Purina reps during your appointment. Steer clear if you want a trustworthy vet, go somewhere else. Skeevy business.

Absolutely LOVE Yardville Animal Hospital. The entire staff, from the Doc to the techs, are so friendly and my pup, Tommy Pickles, loves them. I have been going to this vet for over 6 years and it has always been a frustrating time first one of my cats got sick and started having seizures I called them and they took a look at him and said it was only gas!! Two weeks later he was dead!!! Then I have been taking my other cat there and I have never been aloud in with her and on multiple occasions I have showed up with my cat and they tell me my appointment is wrong and need to come back and even once charged me for the miss appointment. They say they email reminders but I have told them multiple times I do not have email and I only have what I wrote down when I spoke to them. I also believe they do only care more about them selves than the animals because I am switching my cat to another vet and they gave me her records and they have my cat in there system as a MALE and black and white!!! She is a female and she is grey!! I truly feel so bad for my cat going in there without me who knows what they did!!

Went by today and they said they’re not taking new pets and that there isn’t even a vet. No idea what that’s about but here’s your friendly heads up.
Update to the reply by owner below stating my comments are not true: I live down the street and we literally walked over. Gave 3 stars originally for benefit of the doubt, everyone has a bad day but seeing the response from the owner downgrading to 1 star.

Not a fan of "x stay in the car and hand your dog to the vet tech" then wait. No seeing the doc, not enough chance to remember everything you wanted to ask, and most importantly not looking inn the eyes of the person you are talking to!
