This is the Worse Car dealer I have been tooI purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest, about a month after I purchased it, it started giving me problemsIt happens to be that the van need it a new transmission, this dealer did nothing to help they did nor even care, all they cared about was that they were able to sell this Nissan questAnd I bet you anything they knew this car had such problem and they still put it in the market, their costumer service sucks!!Don't even but nothing from this place, nothing!!

This dealership deserves these five stars for their professionalism and customer service skills. I had a great experience purchasing my car with them. Keep up the good work. Shout out to Mr. Jerry!

I stopped in after looking at some local cars and the first thing the sales guy did was bad mouth other local dealers, saying they only sell salvage, junk cars, etc.Rubbed me the wrong way. Promote your business, don’t knock other down.

First and foremost my initial review I had to retract Jerry the owner of world wide auto did everything to make sure that I was happy with my purchase I read all the previous reviews and drew the wrong conclusion of the owner and the business previously and I do and did apologize to Jerry for jumping the gun I would deff do business with again in the future strait shooter very honest down to earth.

Sold me an X5 BMW a few years ago. I gotta great deal and it’s been a pretty solid riding car every since. And they really work well with you to get the deal done, I had a solid experience.

The best used dealership in NJ. Guys are real friendly, mean business and everyone can get approved. I love the car I purchased here back in October. Thanks for the great recommendations and help!!

Bought a car and the exhaust pipe rotted off within 3 weeks of purchase. I asked if it was in any accidents but I guess flooding doesn't count. They asked about my mom's stance on military and the football players kneeling, she came with me in uniform after work, she was unsure what he meant cuz she didn't watch football. I explained why they were kneeling and they giggled like it was a joke. You act like you care about military personnel but will still do shady practices. The only good thing they did was get their shop to meld the exhaust pipe back on.

Purchased a vehicle in 2018; I’ve spent more than a few bucks to keep it up and running. This is the first and last time I would buy a used car. It’s really sad how people cheat you out of your money. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last car lot around.

Absolutely horrible. I made my situation very clear because I was buying now and live 45 min away so had no time to waste from the beginning and asked if it would be a problem if I worked with Lyft. I was originally told no issue. Now it’s a problem after I wasted more than enough time they were given all info and tan my credit anyway knowing they couldn’t do anything. Even after finding out they couldn’t help me I had to continually call them until I got a clear answer...NEVER AGAIN AND WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

For the record: I write about one review a year, always positive. I have never left a negative review in my life. The sales people at World Wide Auto need to do better if they want to, you know, make sales. I received a call from a World Wide Auto salesman yesterday that was incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful. I am looking to purchase a used car. I have done two months of research, I know exactly what I want, what to look for in service records, age vs mileage etc. I have excellent credit and have been pre-approved for financing. The car that I found at World Wide Auto is exactly what I was looking for, and I was prepared to move forward (if the salesman had actually listened to me, he would know all this). The only issue is, the dealer is in NJ and I am in Brooklyn. Because of the pandemic, many dealerships are offering to deliver vehicles for no-contact test drives and purchases. I asked the salesman if this was an option in this case (which was also in my email inquiry), he scoffed at me, told me "to take the train" and "no one is sick here." I don't know what reality this person is living in, but it's clearly not mine. It is one thing to say "no, I'm sorry, we don't offer that service" but instead he belittled my concern, and recommended I essentially risk my life to test drive their vehicle. I understand a cost/benefit analysis, but he talked over me to convey that my request wasn't worth their time, instead of listening to find out that I am very serious, and that if they were to arrange a contactless test drive/delivery, the only thing that would have kept me from signing on the dotted line would have been if there was something seriously wrong with it upon arrival. In the end, I'm glad this happened. I do not want to do business with people that treat customers this way.

I'm very pleased with my experience with these guys. I flew out from Ohio to buy a car from them. They went out of their way and arranged to pick me up from the airport. The car I purchased was in very good shape and I felt that it was an exceptional price. All the employees were very friendly and made my experience so much better than I thought it would be. They addressed all my questions and concerns very quickly. I felt like a valued customer and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks fellas!
