“I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because multiple employees were welcoming and kind, others were busy which is to be expected. I had a pickup order and it was very quick and simple. The employee even made sure to show me the shoe sizes to make sure they were correct. The store was very organized and had a nice selection of items to choose from.”
“This JCPenney is phenomenal! They have such a great selection of everything from clothes, to shoes, to accessories, and so much more! The shelves were well-stocked and there is a lot of variety! Sumei is the best employee there! She is always so helpful, kind, and cheerful! We always try to go to Sumei when we are purchasing our items! She is a very sweet person and she has been there for years! She is dedicated to excellence and great customer service! Thank you Sumei and JCPenney for a pleasant shopping experience! “Our family of 7 had an excellent session with really great results - all thanks to photographer Majesta. She was phenomenal with my kids (ages 3 and 1) and got them both to smile multiple times - they have had professional photos taken before and *never* smiled the way they did with Majesta. She knew how to engage with them and really went above and beyond in our session, even though she had a really busy day ahead. We barely waited and got our proofs almost immediately. Highly highly recommend and if you go, please request Majesta.”
“Just had a session for my toddlers at the JCPenny Studio in Quakerbridge Mall - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND James!! He was extremely helpful on the phone when I booked the appointment and just as professional and friendly during our Photoshoot!! He was able to get the portrait shot I wanted of my son, and I was extremely happy! The pictures came out great! Would definitely go back, but only as long as James does the photoshoot!”
“I went in to get one item, and came out with 15. Lol The first Sephora in Mullica Hill I visited was nice, however I didn't feel like the person helping me had an idea of the color palate or products for my skin. She was beautiful and her makeup was flawless. I visited another Sephora near Trenton and the young lady was so, cute she looked like a fairy. She was more intune to what I needed.”
