I didn’t even have my car for a month and I’m spending more money to get it fix then my car payment. It brakes down every other day. They are doing absolutely nothing to accommodate me for my car.. I take it to their shop and it’s like they just put a bandage on it to keep it drivable instead of fixing it correctly the 1st time around!!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “dealership”!!!! Fair warning and take my advice if you value yourself and money. Bring an OBD detector to check the codes on the car because they clear them just to try and sell you the car. The main guy will tell you you’re short of X amount of money just to pocket it. Count the money yourself in front of him. He will rope you into a deal that is double the actual price. It’s not even a real dealership. It’s an office inside of a car glass service shop.

The *************** is a scam artist he sold me a truck 3 days later engine checklight came on got in contact with him he said he'll fix it but hasn't been answering my calls and has some lady claims he's not in when when I call from a different number

I bought a Jeep and after driving 30 minutes starting showing lights on dashboard, so I return to whitehead Motors and instead I took Honda CRV that was great , but still a lot needs to be change communication is the worse , no answering call, no answering emails . Really needs to be work on better communication with the customers

Bear in mind the old adage "Buyer Beware". I will also preface what I am going to write here with this: I purchased a high mileage 2005 F-150 from John and I am happy with the my decision three weeks later.-- Here are the facts. On a Friday I drove about 45 miles to John's dealership to look at and test drive the truck. The truck rode nice. I noticed the inspection sticker on the truck was expired. John told me the truck should pass inspection and he emphasized that no dashboard lights were lit. I bought the truck that day. John met my price and I paid in full. I picked up the truck the following morning. On my drive home from John's dealership the truck's Airbag dashboard light came on. I emailed John when I got home as it was a Saturday. I never received a reply. The following week I called the dealership phone number multiple times and also left messages during business hours. No reply. After about 200 miles the check engine light came on. The DTC code was for catalytic converter left bank. I took the car to a mechanic and the DTC codes were cleared and I put catalytic converter cleaner in the gas tank. I scheduled an inspection at a state facility for the following week and the truck passed inspection. It would not have passed with the check engine light/DTC error code active.---The above are all facts. What follows is not. It is my speculation only. Could the DTC codes have been cleared on the truck before I came to test drive it? Maybe. I scheduled the appointment to see the truck prior to going there so John knew what time I was coming. Or...maybe it was a wild coincidence that the dashboard lights and DTC code came on spontaneously after I bought the truck.... hmmm.... maybe.....

After having to having to have called 3 times having them say that they had sent the title when they never did I personally went to pick it up and when I got there, Dealer had the audacity to pick up my title from the trash bin literally. The level of disrespect is unbelievable.

I bought a car from him which, according to him, was mechanically sound. Two weeks later, it broke down, and he wouldn't even respond to my calls or messages once I told him of the problem. I have a warranty so I will pursue this in court, but I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
