They are extremely slow. They always say "sorry, we cannot do that for you" and "we are unable to let you know the reason why not"DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. They try to hoard your funds so they can make investments with it while you wait.

It took them 1 hour to do express wire transfer. I did not spend 1 hour in a line, I was sitting in a front of a banker for 1 hour while she did wire. She had to call support for every (!) Step. Like try to do something, not working, call support, hang up. Repeat. After 1 hour it still wasn't done and I left.

Slow service. Fee for everything and you just might get shot when you walk out the door. Fortunately the trauma center is just a few blocks down.
