This location is horrible. You can never get a hold of them via telephone. I live 9 hrs away and have been trying to get a hold of them about an urgent issue that only this branch can handle. They were supposed to return my call and that was well over a week ago. They really need to do better. There is no way they are so busy that they cannot answer the phone at any time during their business hrs.

Everything I come to this bank, which is about 3 times a week, the ATM Machine outside NEVER has any money...It's not safe after a certain hour to park and walk to use the one on the inside.

Horrible customer service!!!! on August 26 Saturday I got on the drive-through at 11:20 am I stayed there until 12:22. After being there for one hour!!!! they didn't take my deposit. Mind you there was only three cars in front of me. That woman was taking about half an hour for Customer. they deserve zero starts. ? drive-through is insane, always packed. not even tried to go on Saturdays. Because you will stay forever there. Very disappointed with the long wait and poor customer service.
Unfortunately this place is horrible!!! very poor customer service.
Saturday, August 26, I was in the self-service line, I arrived at 11:20 in the morning, there were three cars in front of me. When it was my turn it was 12:22 after having waited an hour they refused to serve me. The lady took more or -25 minutes per person. Horrible service!!!???

This like the other Wells Fargo establishments. But especially this one I visited, they gave me unique attention, they have very trained staff who speak several languages. Thank you for your attention to me

First off, worst customer service ever. I walked inside first to view the line. There was one teller working and a line of 2. I went back to my car and sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes straight. All of a sudden an older lady with greasy gray hair and glasses finally came to the window, and asked if I had an account w them I said no that's why i sent up two forms of ID to cash my check. I'm ok with the no account fee. Short and simple so she would hurry up and get to business. So at this point there's two tellers working. Next thing you know another 10 minutes go by. I see three zombies instead of two. They moved like snail zombies like they had no work ethic or pep in their step. They worked as if they don't receive pay checks. It passed me off because I could understand one person taking this long. But three people pretending to be busy is bull. After 40 minutes staring through the drive thru glass, she insisted " its always quicker through the drive thru " Which was a lie because I saw two customers serviced indoors while I was waiting. Corporate should contact me. And this bank should hire people who don't live in trenton because we all seem to be miserable.

Worst bank ever, only one teller, I feel bad for the people that have a account on that bank. I spent almost one hour in line for a deposit and there were only 5 people in front of me. they don’t want to pay for more employees, I blame the management.

Been waiting over 40 minutes for my withdrawal and the lady with an attitude tells me she is the only one working the from and the drive up . If there is no staff they should just have the drive through closed

Very poor customer serviceI have been going to this branch for 7+ years and never had a problem. So I made an appointment for my Dad to open a bank account. When we got there the banker who was supposed to help not only was very unfriendly but he automatically was not willing to help us. He said you don’t have the right documents and thats it. When we were leaving I asked him to help me schedule another appointment since I saw the other banker help with that. He seemed bothered by it amd gave us an appointment on a holiday which is today Oct 10 (Columbus day) don’t they automatically know they don’t work on holidays. Well we went there at 9 am and just like I thought it was closed. There were other people waiting there. Please fix this issue. Customer service should be your number one priority.
