When I first started using this shop, the prices were fair and the service was good. After about a year, I was being charged for use of a diagnostic testing machine each time I went for repairs. That amount did not come off my invoice when repairs were completed. When I inquired, I was told that the machine wasn't free and had to be paid off. I never went back again. I ride by that location on occasion. I noticed that the shop was closed and a real estate sale sign was posted.

Horrible experience... Quoted for Front Brakes and Rotors for $173.90. perfect! Booked my appointment 2 weeks ahead of service for 7 am. Get to the shop at 7:05am and patiently waited until 9:45am for my car to be done. Soon as the service is done and ready for payment, Walt jacks the price up by $210. Asked to price match franchise competitors but he refused to price match and tried to charge for just labor when I didn't agree to the price. Will not be coming back and I suggest anyone else not to do so as well.

Walt's Place has been My MECHANIC For Several Years and at least 3 Cars!! He was Recommend to me by My Old Mechanic for he was Retiring, Well BEST RECCOMENDATION ON A MECHANIC Besides when I got one to go to my last one!! Walt has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY Professional with a Personality to match. He's very honest as well, if he can't do it, he'll get you to the Right People Like him to get the job done!!! I've NEVER had a Bad Experience, NEVER been OVERCHARGED and Walt has NEVER turned my cars down right away, he's up to the challenge of Trying to do it there!! I have and ALWAYS will TRUST Walt and his Staff with ANY/ALL of My Cars, My Friends Cars and My Family's Cars. Thank you for EVERYTHING Walt, Stay Healthy My Friend!!

Misdiagnosed by engine code, put in a faulty part. Had to take it to the dealer to be recitfied. Dealer was cheaper to replace too.
