I had to run in for advil duel action and Orajel before the thunder storm. While I was there I updated my phone number. I didn't get the associates name at the cash register but she greeted me with a smile and said hello. She promted me through the donation and i had my card upside down. She pleasantly advised me to turn it around. I received a coupon for my purchase so I went back and got another item. She prompted me through the donation screen again. It was a nice custo.er service experience. I was there at 7:45pm Saturday evening.

Store is well stocked and clean, but absolutely do NOT go there for any photography service. Bless their hearts, but it took them 50 minutes to get two passport photos done in what should take no more than 10; the staff seemed completely incompetent in navigating their own software and doing basic services.

Dear God in the morning.They've changed hours, don't work on weekends, never have your prescription and I've been online at drive thru for 45 minutes! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I used to live in East Windsor and the CVS pharmacy never ever ever had this problem there. This is a huge problem Walgreens!

I’m leaving one star because it’s the lowest I can give. Their pharmacy manager should learn how to talk to customers and not yell and get angry when asked a question. This is the fifth time Ive been to this location and the same manager has ignored and told me she’s busy. If you don’t want to work and help customers during a pandemic you shouldn’t be a pharmacy manager. I will not be returning to this location. Also the cashiers are never at the checkout and three out of the five times another associate is always yelling for the cashiers to come back to the front. WHY? Why not ring me up yourself. Most lazy individuals Ive ever encountered. DO BETTER.

Waiting in line took quite a while and they could not find my mother-in-law's prescription for at least 7 minutes they were looking all over the place even though they called her to tell her it was ready several times

Horrible customer service etiquette. Cashier did not ackowledge me when it was my turn to ring up. She didn't say one word during the whole transaction not even to tell me the total of my purchase or when to insert my card. She seemed not to care. At the end of the purchase she didn't even look at me she just walked away with headphones in her ears and I grabbed my bags and left. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Sell Halloween decorations that are supposed to do something and they sell them broken or with bad batteries and they don't care and charge you full price! And if you're going for a flu shot you better call the store because the computer does not tell you that the nurse practitioner is not there at 1:00

It is a bright place. Very welcoming environment, literally, since if you give the cashiers a chance they will greet you with an enthusiastic " Welcome to Walgreens" or sometimes if you catch them when they are dragging their feet through their shift you will get a humble wave. Then again you might get nothing at all because you came in when the cashier is the only one there and has work to get done and is getting it done. Those are the real troopers.

Last night, a front counter woman offended me greatly by refusing to serve me at my turn and never acknowledging me. It was horrible! She should be immediately fired.
