I have never had a problem here , but I don’t come very often. The building makes my allergies act up as it has a high mildew/mold smell. I have concerns for the employees health.

I just got back from mailing a letter overseas. I went up to the window and saw the obnoxious bearded man come to the window. If I had known he’d be there I would have turned right back around. I proceeded to tell him I needed to send my letter registered to a country in Europe and asked why? That no one ever sent a registered letter to said country before. I beg your pardon?? I think he is rude and shouldn’t ask question of how I want to mail my letters. He always has a bad demeanor towards customers and am not ever going to this post office again. He needn’t be there and from the reviews I read, I’m not alone.

The man who works there doesn't has social skills or customer service training. The girl is kind and very helpful.

This post office does not deliver mail so residents are forced to use a POBox and forced to pick up their mail. This is a problem for working people. I have to leave for work before they open and they are closed by the time I get home. They are open on Saturday until 12 but if you are even able to go then you have to have the time to wait a long time in line outside regardless of the weather because anyone who has a job and works during the week is there and they only allow one person at a time in. If you're like me and have other obligations on Saturday, which most people do, you can forget about getting your mail. When I am finally able to get my mail I continuely find mail in my box that is not for me even though I have repeatedly told them about it. It makes me wonder.. if they are putting someone else's mail in my box how many times have they put my mail in someone elses box? To top it off, the male postmaster in particular can be very nasty and acts like you're the one inconveniencing them.

Grumpy Post MasterToday I went to the post office to mail two letters and return two packages. I have never shipped packages from this location and I was struggling just to get into the door, so I was unable to read their sign. I get to the window and before I could even speak to the female post office worker, I hear this angry disgruntle man yell from behind the counter…"All PACKAGES NEED TO BE PREPARED OUTSIDE"!!! So the young lady explained to me the rules and I told her that's fine, but your boss didn't have to say it so nasty. I told the lady I had to come into the post office anyways with the packages because I also needed packaging tape. I bought the stamps and the tape and went back out to my truck to tape up my boxes and brought them back in to ship them. I have never had an issue with the lady, she is always pleasant and I appreciate that. But whoever the manager is, if he doesn't like his job maybe he needs to find another one ASAP! I guess no one ever told you it's not what you say, it's how you say it. I was reading other reviews and I am glad it's not just me that noticed this man's unpleasant customer service skills.

Postmaster is unpleasant and grumpy. Not what you want or expect from your small town post office. It used to be a very friendly, helpful place to visit.

For a post office that they've been trying to do away with for years due to lack of volume, this place should be bending over backwards for us. The dark haired lady is the absolute worst, she doesn't help til she's fine and ready, never says hello or thank you. I've recently started a business where I drop off around 30 to 40 packages sometimes and she says she can't scan them all, it takes too long. Isn't that her job? And no joke the postmaster told me my labels aren't flat enough to scan. Are you kidding me? This place is a total joke, go to Hamilton.

I thought about how quaint the post office is and was actually excited to go in. Once I got in, had to ask if anyone was there, needed to send something certified mail(3.50). Old "gentleman" Rudely told me to fill out the form in my car. I said, "I hope I have a pen in my car."Well, I didn't, searches the whole van, came back in and started to fill out form as quick as possible to just get my postage sent. I got berated by old dude, "I told u to fill out in your car!" Reply, "I tried! And I don't have a pen!" "Well you should have asked I have pens" "I stated that " I don't likely have one" at the onset. I was never offered a pen. Ok, now I go to pay, and it's about $7. To send a certified letter, that says $3.50. We go back and forth and he basically up charges me with a signed letter of return or something. Not something I remotely asked for. I paid it and wished him a nice day bc clearly he needs some happiness in his life bc he sure as s*** ain't give out any. Worst post office experience. Sad to see it failing on all fronts in today's world. Govt really been screwing them up, but this time it was all on This dude.

The new postman is very rude at the window and shows that he needs more customer service training. The more people report to headquarters the faster they will remove him.

Everyone at the Crosswicks post office, especially the postmaster , was super A++ great to deal with when I had a recent issue with my mail. Everyone was as friendly, helpful, prompt and efficient as people can be in responding to my concerns. In reading the reviews below, I feel like we are not talking about the same people. I love the quaint little Crosswicks post office, feel that the people working there are great, the postmaster was extra helpful, and would recommend it in all ways if you don't mind parking along the street.

I had to go to the Hamilton post office for service because I was turned away by the dark haired woman. She claimed the postal service was careless enough that my package might get torn, and then that they were so efficient it would automatically be sent back. Cost me a lot of time for something unlikely to happen. I’m going to go to Hamilton first from now on. Too bad, the post office has a lot of potential, and the other people were very nice.

New postmaster is unfriendly and abusive. I've had three interactions with him, during which he implied that he was lying about the contents of what I was mailing - when I tried to reply he told me if I didn't like it to go to another post office. He also manhandled one of my packages in a way that seemed as if he was intentionally trying to damage it.
