They can’t deliver there mail correctly or answer their phones for assistance.. awful way to handle customer service!I hope robots take over there jobs!!

Does not opens till 9:30 am where it says on the gate of usps opens at 8 but most of the employees you will see coming by 8:15-8:30…. They can’t even deliver your parcel and will call to pick it up from the office

It says online that they close at 4pm on Saturdays, but they were closed when I arrived at 2:18pm. I was there to drop off two packages that I’d left in my mailbox for pickup that were ignored by my mail carrier THREE times. I submitted package pickup requests online and then got emails that they were successfully picked up, but they were still in my mailbox, and my mail carrier shoved my mail in while ignoring the packages. So, I came to this post office to finally have them shipped, only for them to be closed during what are supposed to be their operating hours.

I will never use this post office again......I shipped a package through them from my business and it took over a week for my package to end up in CALIFORNIA! Mind you I reside in NJ and the customer lives in NJ so I'm still wondering how it even end up there? Thankfully I insured my package. Please do not use this post office.

This post office is terrible! The mailbox key to obtain my package at my apartment complex was damaged so I was unable to get my package. I come to this post office and the guy behind the counter (who has been reviewed before in these comments) is so inept and couldn't help me. I'm standing around waiting for a fictional supervisor to come back who could supposedly help me. I would like to get my package. This place needs a major overhaul!

Worst business what I ever dealt with. Opened when most people are working. Many missing packages too. Update. They lost my second package. The Asian guy send me to Rt130 post office to file a claim, they said they don't handle it here. Don't use USPS if you can!

Went there yesterday and the guy behind the counter was rude. Tried to accuse me of messing up the area that held the envelopes/boxes.Just looking to be rude. Won’t be going back.

If there was 0 star I could give it to this location, I was a regular customer of this office, the worker- Asian men always told me leave my prepaid packages on the desk, which I refused always after I lost package from there. Once he - Asian man- refused give me a receipts and I didn’t want to leave without them. He went back angry and came back after a while and again was forcing me to leave without receipts, which I didn’t do it. (Other customers were lined up, but he didn’t care. He was arguing with me) Finely he scan the packages and gave me a receipts. But that’s not all, all my packages scanned by him was overweight and eBay charged me extra for that!!!!

They don’t even deserve a single star, nobody here wants to work. And when I said I want to the supervisor, they asked me to wait for an hour. Super rude girl. We expect customer service that’s all. I have filled form to hold my mail twice and still nothing. They just want me to come again and again and just fill in the form.

Only had 1 staff on the desk. He was overwhelmed. Would have expected the manager to come out and help as it was apparent no other co worker was there. At the very least to handle the 'problem' issues. Not a good start to what will be the holiday season.

I have no problems with this post office except that the hours posted online are not accurate for Saturday. These hours have been changed for over a year and the incorrect information is still online and no hours are actually posted on the door. There are a lot of people who came to the post office just before 4 PM because there is an accurate information out there. It is time to update it. And some hours on the door would be great so that we aren’t left guessing.

All staff and management all need replaced with workers who actually want to work and are not mean,angry spiteful like the workers they have working now! And some worker is clearly stealing packages by all the “says delivered but wasn’t delivered ” reviews.
