The tellers here are VERY ghetto and highly rude and ignorant. The guy with the dreads who is overweight gave me the nastiest sassy attitude when I asked him when was my package sent back to the seller. How does this location hire such ignorant rude disrespectful people like this? None of them who work at the front desk have good customer service AT ALL and do not care!!! None of them greet you when you come in and they have conversations right in front of your face not relating to the job and they are always on their phones and talk about customers as they are leaving! I’m questioning how these people were even hired and what was on their resumes!?!? Find another job if this job makes you this miserable where you are disrespectful to customers for NO REASON when we only ask a question! GHETTO!! The teller is lucky I kept my composure due to my sympathy for his low minimum wage job! DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE KIND AND ACTUALLY WANT TO DO THE JOB! If only I could give -0 stars and sadly this is the only closest location to my house!

I would think working at the post office as a “teller” is not the worst job…? Good benefits retirement pension etc. can you at least act like you’re at your job and getting paid for what you do?? Not looking at your phone while a customer is asking you questions about work related things. No you’re not doing me a favor by doing your JOB! If you don’t want to or can’t work with the public go in the back sort the mail drive the truck whatever it is you think you are owed!! This place is one of the worst. No wonder the PO is in so much debt!!

Mail carrier forgets some mail in the truck and when returning to post office list mail as unable to access delivery point . She put some of the mail in the mailbox but claim couldn’t access

Does not opens till 9:30 am where it says on the gate of usps opens at 8 but most of the employees you will see coming by 8:15-8:30…. They can’t even deliver your parcel and will call to pick it up from the office

It says online that they close at 4pm on Saturdays, but they were closed when I arrived at 2:18pm. I was there to drop off two packages that I’d left in my mailbox for pickup that were ignored by my mail carrier THREE times. I submitted package pickup requests online and then got emails that they were successfully picked up, but they were still in my mailbox, and my mail carrier shoved my mail in while ignoring the packages. So, I came to this post office to finally have them shipped, only for them to be closed during what are supposed to be their operating hours.
