Paid for a package to be shipped a week ago and it didn't make it past being scanned at that post office. We think the employees that day stole it after not adding extra insurance like I asked for. Of course claims won't call back.

Rude, Rude, Rude. We’re too lazy to print me out a receipt for a prepaid package at the counter. Then, when they did help at the kiosk, They slammed the door to go back inside to the counter. Not nice at all. Customer service was not their strong Point

“Bob” the postal worker decided it was appropriate to cuss everyone out for arriving 5 minutes before close because “I want to go home, these effing people don’t know how to tell effing time.” Then announced he’s ready to retire. Perhaps Bob should be hurried along. Thankfully shandy and teka are extremely kind and remedied the situation

I thought I'd write a review after seeing so many negative reviews online. Today my family went to this post office location to get passports for our kids. We were late to our appointment due to holiday traffic, but it wasn't an issue and were were able to get help right away. The staff working there were friendly, polite and helpful. We completed the process for both kids in less than 30 minutes and it was a pretty quick and easy process. It's the holidays, so it's pretty busy but no issues whatsoever with customer service.

This is that last stop of a package that was supposed to be second day delivery almost 2 weeks ago. I will not be deterred as long as there's a platform where I can publicly complain. If anyone else has had issues with the USPS getting a package delivered in the period of time it was paid to be feel free to like and comment. I enjoy this organization having some federal oversight. Let's keep it that way. I'm not going to be driven to pay more to private companies that do just as or even more terrible of a jobso they can continue to try to get rid of something that's been a trusted way to ship and mail for ages. Stop it! Clean it up ! This is business and someone needs to be accountable for interfering. I also need to be reimbursed for being charged for 2nd delivery that's taking more than 2 weeks.

This place should have a 0 stars! Unfortunately I got “help” from this guy Bob who was interrupting me everytime with the assumption I was asking him to print me a free label! I was just trying to buy a label and it was just absolutely terrible, customer service by this person is just below anything I’ve encountered!

If a package goes through Trenton, it will NOT meet the expected delivery date and will be late. This place is a black hole where packages sit for days.

Your hours say you’re open until 3pm. Yet I get here at 2:10pm and you’re closed. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If you’re only open until 2pm, you need to change your hours posted on your sign out front and online. It clearly states that you’re open until 3pm. Clearly this has been an ongoing issue as there have been MANY other reviews that state the same thing.

I wish I could give them zero stars.I had a passport appointment with my three small children and waited for almost 45 minutes, they even took our pictures while we were waiting and then finally told me my husband has to be there and that they couldn’t proceed. They couldn’t tell me that when I first walked in the door?
