I’ve never met a staff who has been more miserable doing their job. I don’t see the reason to push your misery onto others who are just trying to literally drop off mail. I bet you can get better service and respect at the dmv.

Horrible service. They need to overhaul that location. Dropped off a prepaid package and it never got scanned. Purchaser tracking it said it never shipped. I tried to find out what happened to it and main post office said that it never got scanned at Mercerville so I went back there and Kirit said if they are busy they don't scan every package which is what they are supposed to do. Now my package is lost and I have no proof I gave it to them because they didn't do there job. Ridiculous!

Location should be open until 5pm as posted hours states, as of 3:00pm, everything was locked up and closed.

the one older white guy is terrible at his job. don’t work as a desk clerk if you’re bad with people!!! he was upset about a prepaid label issue i had so he switched the labels on my boxes and they delivered to the wrong people! he needs to lose his job!!!

Similar to other reviews, the staff is less than helpful. This is the only post office location I've been to that will not give a drop off receipt for prepaid packages.

The short old white guy with the black glasses is a total jerk. Unhelpful, actively trying to be short and rude. Really unpleasant staff overall. Avoid.
