UPS mail carriers aways leave packages where anyone can take it. You spend your hard earned money to buy the things you need and they just leave it anywhere others to steal it. And try to get in touch with UPS on the phone and no responds. I'm bring charges up on UPS and there workers. As going to the news people.

UPS mislead me saying the delivery was attempted while I was at home waiting and no signs of a delivery attempt. The ordeal for requesting hold and pickup is not pleasant either. Different customer representatives say different things. And the pickup is rescheduled 35 minutes drive. I regret getting into this situation. This is quite common with UPS even though you pay for the premium delivery.You will notice similar pattern of fraud in other reviews.After I reached the pickup destination they told me that due to a glitch the package is now at some other location which also happens quite often. I guess corporate accountability is dead.Skip your fake apologies and fix the fraud.

After receiving an email that a package could not be delivered due to incomplete delivery info, I went to the UPS center and showed the message to the man, and he told me it was a scam, similar to one he had recieved recently. Thank yo for your service.

9:15 am to 7 pm. 10 hours from Hamilton to Princeton. It's your job you get paid for. Do you value the customers you have that supply you to keep your job. Were are my 2 packages to be delivered today! First it was 17th, then went to yesterday and now today. Why do need to create a new label I dont get these I file a major complaint with federal as l Government

Gentleman at the counter would not scan printable QR code which stated, "at any UPS location", and he told me to "take it to a UPS Store". Unfortunately, this was a very poor representation of a very reputable brand.

My address and name on label are correct, but UPS said it is an incorrect address and just returned the package back to sender, or held the package for rescheduling. I have many packages with exactly same address delivered by UPS on time. I have no ideas why UPS said the address was incorrect. This annoying thing happened twice in a couple of months. I tried to call the customer center and it takes me more than 30 minutes to speak with an agent everytime. However, the agents have no answer on “incorrect address”. I am struggling to contact UPS to get my package delivered, which should be delivered yesterday. Fingers crossed.

I think UPS exceeded my expectations, and I really enjoy shipping with UPS. The customers service is outstanding. From the gentleman at the front Rocky and Brian they are the head quarter at the Trenton location on 4 Fairgrounds Rd. Great workers, I'm very satisfied and I'm happy to have a place like UPS to ship out my customers supplies. Ship today with UPS everyone. Peace and love.

Employees here are thieves. Ordered a phone online (twice, different times), sure enough, tracking activity stops here and never get delivered. How can UPS let this happen, regularly. Beef up your security and policy!!

I will not return at this location anymore. They suppose to pack for you when printing label with instructions from Amazon for example. Also, they often have problems with their equipment, so i have to return to send my package.

I took today off of work to wait for a package to be delivered that needed to be signed for as they are the ashes of my pet from the crematorium. I've been waiting in the room next to my front door to ensure that if anyone knocks, I'd have no problem hearing it. I've been checking the tracking link all morning as well to keep up with it. Suddenly at 2PM I check the link, and it says that a delivery was attempted at 1:06PM. This is absolutely not true as I was right by the front door all day and nobody buzzed my intercom or came up to my apartment. I went to the Change My Delivery option to try to set my package for pickup because I can't trust them to "attempt" another delivery and do not want to risk them losing the package. It requires I enter the invoice number located above the barcode on the notice left on my door. Something I can't do because no delivery notice was left on my door because nobody came to my door.I had to call UPS and struggle to get connected to a representative, who informed me that in order to pick up my package from them myself, I would have to pay a $7 fee. What? Obviously I had no choice but to do this because there is no way I'm going to trust them with such a significant package, but it is absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense to me at all. I'm very disappointed and stressed because the thought of them losing or damaging this particular package has me extremely anxious.
