Terrible attention. Closing time is at 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:15. I translate and I tell them that I don't speak English and they tell me that they can't help me. I have to come back tomorrow. There's someone who speaks Spanish who stops him from serving me. It's going to take up a lot of time when I'm giving you the address and information of the person who is going to receive it and the place where the package is going. Terrible attention.

They charge a $1 for one piece of tape so beware and tape your packages before you ship

I needed to ship something out with a prepaid label and internal qr code and James helped me out tremendously. He was courteous and ensured my labels were printed from the in store computer and even helped place the Invoice sheet on the inside without opening or tearing up the package. Such a wonderful experience and the best I've ever had at a UPS store.

I have my label on my email; they don't help like others, (Postnet on Robbinsville, and Staple) and the price for printing is $ 3 and some cents. Log in to their computer, blah blah, Nostalgia. Is time consuming and it will cost another trip. This time I will go to another one that actually helps with printing the label. Welcome to 2024, customer experience.

i liked the dude helping me. he had a Chinese food buffet at his wedding. my only comment is that the tracking #s on the receipts are not readable. i have decent eyes and don't use glasses. suggest a QR code to track packages. seems like the modern thing to do!

Mary was so helpful today! I was in and out of the store. She helped me print my label and shipped my bag for me. Definitely recommend all customers to come to this store.

The receptionist was nice and only doing her job, however this is the first time I have been to a UPS store and was not only charged to print a UPS label, but I was charged for the envelope too. She said this is her general managers policy however it shows poor customer service when purchasing ups products and pinching every dime you can out of the customers. Very cheap general manager I presume. I could've printed the ups label cheaper at Fedex, bought an envelope from fedex then realize that maybe I should be shipping with fedex after all.
