I got my screen fixed here about a month or two ago. All of a sudden my screen goes blank and then turns on with lines. The person I spoke to on the phone said you have to bring the phone back in and pay for a new screen. Why would I pay for a new screen if my phone screen is not broken! I have no cracks no water damage or any damages to my phone! These little cheap screens they install have defects and now they don’t want to do anything about it. The staff on the phone is very nonchalant and that won’t get the business far. Please note that this place does not put in APPLE SCREENs they use cheap screens from other websites. There will be a notification on your phone advising you that “the display for this iPhone is not recognized and the part is unknown. I won’t be coming here again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to this place! As for the owners of this property don’t contact me to remove my review it’s staying up and I would never bring my phone back even if it was FREE to get fixed !

It's no use, they deceive you, they charged me and the cell phone remained the same and I went later and they acted crazy. I don't recommend them. ???

Excellent service, was told by other "experts" my phone was not repairable. uCrackiFix fixed my phone and recovered all of my data.

They diagnose problems quickly. Usually can fix. Very expensive. Need a frequent buyer/customerloyalty program. I've spent $700 to get 3 phones repaired.

They know nothing about cell phones and their prices were more than me buying a newer phone $100 cheaper they are charging $289 for the galaxy a14 I bought the a15 for 200

I went to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and Diego was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He had my screen fixed in 20 minutes I would absolutely recommend UCrackIFix to any and everyone with any electronic needs.

Out of all the computer and phone repair shops I have visited any area, this business has been the most honest and helpful establishment I've ever visited for my computer and phone repairs. I came in a while ago because my phone cracked and when i got my phone back my camera was a orange color .My phone died soooooo quick and my phone froze so bad i dont plan on coming back here

Took my PS4 to uCrackiFix to be repaired it needed a power supply replacement and a deep clean. Costumer service was phenomenal. My PS4 is operating smoothly and it looks amazing ? 10/10. I would definitely come back if I need to let’s hope I don’t need to.

Ok so last year when I 1st got my new phone from my mother in law it ain't a screen protector an I dropped it broke so I went here got it done the screen last a year mind u when they gave me a screen protector it waz to small I thought it be ok buy nope my niece dropped my phone on rug an it started acting bad again so I went back got it done again then had to retake it back to have em fix an still my phone having more issues then it had b4 an u only have 7 day to bring it back SMH not worth the money should went to the other place not here at least the other place has a year for u to bring it back if it has problems now every time it bugs out an dose ghost touch or it don't click on anything I got turn screen of for it to work never had this issue that I have now with the phone also if I put it down a tad hard it shut off SMH an I love this phone to so I don't want a new phone now I gottago to other place next month when I got money to do it again
