Horrible experience! Do not even waste your time! I took a 2016 Toyota Corolla with a missing front bumper to get an estimate, the guy took a pic of the vin and said he would get back to me, this process took a couple of weeks! Once I was given a price to fix the car back to stock, I asked is this price for the entire job? They said absolutely, so I dropped the car and the problems started! First I get a call like 2 weeks in that they need two fog lights that are like $700 a piece and this was not included in the estimate, I was not happy bc the original estimate was supposed to be for bringing the car back to stock, so they blamed me and said that I told them I had the fog lights, I never told them that so I contacted the owner and he acted like he was going to help but took his employees side and said another Employee claims to have heard me tell them I had the fog lights! I would’ve never told them I had any parts that I did not have so instead of coming up with an extra $1400 we came up with that he wasn’t gonna put them in and when I do finally buy them I can bring them by and he will install them, I was not happy, but I needed my car back so another couple of weeks went by and finally the car was done, when the car was picked up I realized I got screwed really bad! The model I brought them which is linked to the Vin number was fully loaded. It had multiple sensors in the front bumper. Also two cameras in the front bumper one of the sensors or cameras was for Collision prevention, but they installed the bumper for the base model that didn’t come with any of those features so they never looked up the parts using the vin or this would of never happened, also was a totally different grill and bumper so now my car is basically worth less Because it’s missing all these features, there’s a constant loop of messages on the dash telling me the sensors are missing and I cannot get it to stop, The bumper is falling off on the one side so I can’t take it to a car wash because I’m scared it’s gonna completely fall off and I lost the Toyota symbol in the center of the bumper because it fell off while driving! I’m looking into filingpaperwork with small claims court for what they did, please save yourself a lot of heartache and go somewhere. That’s responsible that knows what they’re doing and will take care of a customers issues the right way not try to tell the customer that they said something that they didn’t say to get out of their incompetence. The owner of this place owns Hawks Towing in Trenton! So my review was posted this morning giving them a 1 star on google, very fitting for the service they provided! This body shop has been in business for many years and I was the first person to ever write a review on google but somehow after all these years of nothing, two bogus 5 star reviews were written bringing them to 3.5 stars! If you’re on Google, looking for a body shop and doing your due diligence, by reading reviews, you must see past this!
