Tindall's was so friendly and helpful. Extremely impressed with his kindness to our situatuon and being first time buyers. No pressure atmosphere! Helped guide us in the correct direction and let me try on and match rings as I wanted until I found the perfect match. Above all, he helped us get our wedding bands in less then 2 weeks for our ceremony. Highly recommend!!! He will be our jeweler from here on.

I stopped in today to have a clasp repaired on a bracelet I got elsewhere (that has already broken twice). This was after I had stopped by a different jeweler who did not have the piece and told me it would be difficult to repair due to the specific clasp/gold needed.Not only did Robert have the clasp needed in his inventory, he repaired it on the spot and even soldered it as I requested. He was very kind and friendly. Very pleasant experience. Price was extremely fair too. I felt that he went above and beyond and did me a huge favor. I’ll be back for any jewelry needs in the future. Thanks!!

Came in with a diamond and wanted to find a band to make an engagement right. Found exactly the perfect one. It had to be specially made. Timeframe was right on the dot and it turned out perfect. I went there to get batteries replaced in my wrist watch. The gentleman who I met was very pleasant and talked quite nicely. He explained the service, the charges (VERY REASONABLE) and called me once the order was ready on the same day.They also have a good collection of jewelry for anyone who may be interested. I can recommend this business to anyone. Very nice people.
