I just brought my sister in-law to open a checking account at TD bank at E. State Trenton branch and we were the luckiest customer to have Mr. Faisal Rao as our sales person! He is extremely professional, excellent customer skills, super knowledgeable about the products but over all he provides service with respect and dignity! His manager was amazing too, he was very kind a d friendly!!! Best experience in this bank! Thank you so much! Definitely will bring more referrals!

cant do anything at this bank they don't answer the 1 800 number and I have a complicated money transfer that takes 20 minutes to do and they want me to do it in the drive through??? WTH really need to pull out they went down hill fast just like unemployment

as a customer with both a personal and business account I can honestly say that there is nothing I am ever in need of at this Branch. Sied, Maria, Raoul and all of the tellers are ALWAYS helpful and efficient. I can only suggest that if you have your money in another bank please take it out and bring it to TD

They said by mistake they gave my card to somebody and he/she used $2000 in 2014, letter they sent was not signed by anyone. I had to contact Stste banking department to get money back. Today I visit for removing paper statement charge...they did it and I chase paperless....and online...

Sorry to break ranks with some of the reviews, but not this time. Stopped in during my limited afternoon break to get change for bus fare and I was denied because I didn't have an account there. Now, mind you, I've done this numerous times in the past without ever being denied. This after waiting for ten minutes while a single teller serviced two customers in front of me. As I walked up to the counter to get change, the teller excused themselves to switch tellers, I guess. Another wait. Then the relief teller comes in and when I ask for change, the teller says I have to have an account at their bank to get change. I tell them I've done this many times in the past and they didn't have any problem with it, but now they do? No luck. I went down the block to Wells Fargo and had no problem whatsoever. No asking if I had an account, just a pleasant, "May I help you?" Guess where I'm going from now on. They can keep their free lollipops. Won't waste my time there anymore.
