BAD, BAD, BADNO Delivery when specified and actually NO Delivery at all. No phone call, No e mail, NO NUTTIN!I wonder where my refrigerator went?Appliances Connection...You better hire a better Logistics Company because ultimately this falls on you. Based on the number of LOW ratings, it seems to be a habit of yours. Well, it won't happen with this boy, I can assure you.

I gave YF 5 stars on my last 4 shipments.this time on a shipment I'm waiting on its hard to offer a one.Ihave been told I'm getting a shipment 4x and not one have showed up and the current one that AP set up I had a text yesterday from YF it was on its way today!sadly time has come and gone and further inquiry shows that the order was suspended on the 16th of January and AP and YF both misled me that it was coming today. sadly I got verbal confirmation and email from both companies and everyone was wrong no order today!getting a human and a phone call to them AP and YF has been near impossible and return calls from YF have never happened. sorry 4 attempts [one they said they called but neither of the phones land line or cell rang or had missed call or message]sorry to be bitter but my trust is gone like my delivery from YF.sorry to say avoiding this company is a smart move.

This delivery company is pure trash and I would give zero stars if I could. They were supposed to confirm my delivery 24-48 hours before the delivery date with a 4 hour window. I called them multiple times when they didn't, stating every single time that my building does not allow deliveries after 3:30pm and they told me they'd note it. I FINALLY received an email at 5:42 AM THE MORNING OF MY DELIVERY and, of course, it was scheduled for 1-5pm. With no flexibility to change it whatsoever. Which is crazy and bad business. BUYER BEWARE. Never order anything from Appliance Connection because this is the shipper they use.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are "installers" for Appliance Connection. Attempt 1 - no one shows up, no one calls. Rescheduled for 5 days later, only found out when we called them. Attempt 2 - no one shows up, no one calls. When I called, they said the driver didn't realize it was an installation not a delivery, they didn't see a box so they didn't show up. Rescheduled for 5 days later. Attempt 3 - 12-5pm installation window. 10:30am: I receive a text they'll be there in 15 minutes. 1pm: no one has showed, I call them. "The driver marked it as delivered." They never came. I call, the person on the phone says "Well, we don't control the driver, let me talk to my manager." I asked if I could talk to them directly. "No, my manager doesn't take direct calls, they only answer questions from us." I'm not sure a company could provide worse customer service if they tried.

The worst company to deal with.If there was a no star option i would have chosen that.I own a building supply company and ordered a air conditioner for a customet that needed it right away in an emergency.The salesman RJ from applianceconnections said it would be to us between 10 and 2pm.We called around 3 and told the truck broke down but the driver fixed the issue and was running late but was 2 stops away.We called the trucking company and asked for the drivers number and was told they cant give it out but the driver will call us in 5 min.Of course that didnt happen and we waited until 630 and told hes running behind.I asked if i can go meet the driver wherever he is and again told the driver will call.I finally left at 8pm with no call and no delivery.Stay away from this company no matter what the price,They are the worst.

Poor Customer Service. I spent two days on the phone calling to find out when my item would be delivered. It was scheduled to come on a Wednesday between 1-5, at 5:30 I gave them a call to see where the driver was. I was then informed by a rep that the driver had rescheduled my delivery to another day- with OUT calling me to verify. He has assumingely made this change at 4:45pm. How inconsiderate of him! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they went home for the day and I should expect a call back by 8am the next morning to have it rescheduled. Well no call ever came! When I called back the next day- I was told there were no supervisors "on the floor," so I would have to receive a call back. No call back ever came. I called a third time and the young lady looked up my reference number and placed me on hold just to hang up on me once I asked to speak to a supervisor. I called back 10 times (proof in my phone log!!!) with no answer! AS IF THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER FROM BEIING PICKED UP!!!! They then continued to pick up my call and hang up without saying a word, three times! All the while, the automated system let me know that I was the only person in the queue. Truly saddening that a company would treat its clients in this manner. Very unprofessional, rude and childish. If they have no plans to deliver my item, they should let the company know so I can be refunded. Would NOT recommend. Not to mention that this lapse in delivery is running my company thousands of dollars daily as we wait because we can not finish renovations to the apartment complex until my items are delivered. As we know they will not take the liability for these damages to me and my company, but they can surely expect a suit to follow if this is prolonged, goes undelivered, and costs me an exuberant amount of money. Still awaiting my items and a call back. All in all, very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM.

Dealing with them a horror show. Bought refrigerator from Appliance Connection 6/9/22 supposed delivery by YF trucking waited on date all day never came. Called logistics stated was lost. Ordered new one got date for delivery told damaged on truck. Ordered third one never came when promised waited again all day. Finally was able to get someone at YF who personally saw to it loaded on truck. Noticed by phone and email would be delivered that day between 11am and latest 4pm. Finally arrived at 5:35 pm. Fourth time was a charm. Manny calls and e-mails to both Appliance Connection and YF trucking very stressful and useless. Next time Lowes or Home Depot much more dependable lot less stress. Delivered finally 7/7/22. LP

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We ordered a refrigerator from Amazon a month ago and this company will not deliver it. We've had 4 different delivery dates and every time the delivery date happened - they say that it was not scheduled in their system???? It's been almost 2 months. I've also talked to people on the phone saying they are claiming to be the manager but are not... This is beyond ridiculous. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life.

Never showed after 2 booked appointments, then they just show up without an appointment for a 3rd time with no one there. Then to get the most abrupt, terrible, horrible customer support.. never using this service again. Airamus was truly one of the Cockiest rep I had ever dealt with. GO ELSEWHERE!! Trust me

Rude driver's assistant. Made a mess hauling away the old dishwasher, which leaked water as they moved it out of the house, said it wasn't their job to clean it up. If you do work inside a house and create a mess, yes, it's your job to clean it up. After I politely asked them to clean it up, they asked for something to clean it up with even their car was right in front of the house. The driver's assistant was eyeballing me, so I told them to go.

Stay away from this business Their drivers are so unprofessional !They were supposed to pick up an item today since 10:30 AM they texted they will be here in 5 mins it is 5:00 pm now they are still not here and every time we call they say they will be here in 5 minutes !! I skipped the whole day at work waiting for them Do not trust these people with anything . Last time they delivered appliances from appliance connection parts were missing and they claimed to deliver items that were not delivered .As we ordered through a 3rd party we could not choose the delivery company .I think the problem is the management that hires bunch of unprofessional drivers and do not have proper feed back measures in place and do not listen to what customers are saying about their staff.
