I don’t even want to give them 1 star! The short,skinny, light skinned lady with glasses lied & scammed us ! We traded a phone in and she said our trade in phone was gonna count as $800 credit to our new phones and the ramaining balance was gonna be around $6 left. She then told us we had to buy more storage so she can do a iCloud back up so we can have our photos to our new phone, that took 2 hours kept restarting the process until the store closed then the black lady manager kicked us out with an unusable phone until the next day because she wanted to close the store and go home! We then came back & they couldn’t help us at all cause they factory rested our trade in already ! Today we just went to another T-Mobile and they informed us that the 1st store we went to wasn’t a CORPORATE STORE & they don’t have the same rules/policies/promotions as the corporate ones have! We’ve just found out they inflated our bill by 22$ and take 37 cents of our $146 to go towards the remainder of the phone, we’re under impressions our phone balance is around 3/2$ and it’s 250$ they scammed us and lied! I’m so mad it’s so much to type I want her FIRED FOR LYING/MISLEADING a customer !! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE DONT GO THERE !!! I REPEAT DONT GO THERE GO TO ANY CORPORATE ONE AVAILABLE!!!

No customer service, the employee Aaliyah was very unpleasant in her service apart from the fact that she knew how to explain the prices she was offering me. I explained to her that phone customer service had given me other information and she told me “well, you can call better by phone.” Her body language was mocking and telling secrets with the other guy. Anyway, they never helped me.

Entered the t mobile establishment in trenton with the intention to open up a business account. I met with Brandon originally shortly after the manager Tim, I have to say not only was I impressed with the amount of customer service dedication they displayed but their commitment to make the process effortless. Well done to these guys.

I was rushed and sold a service plan at the end of the day and rushed to leave. Upon leaving I was told to finish the process on my own. I did not fully understand how but tried. I got a message on my screen stating the sim was incompatible. I walked back to the store and was told I should've known on my own to unlock my phone first and he or the other employee couldn't help me because he needed to get home to his son. I was told to go to another location or come back in the am because there was nothing they could do. I had no internet service or phone service and explained I'd only lived here a few weeks and wouldn't know how to get to another store without GPS. They said there was nothing they could do. I walked to a Metro PCS store and had to purchase another phone to use temporarily as to not frighten people who could not reach me and to have access to basic functions. It was beyond inconsiderate and unacceptable and cost me even more money than I had just spent with T Mobile for the plan. The Metro PCS employee let me use the WiFi and guided me on how to unlock my phone, which turns out I couldn't do because I had a balance. I paid the balance in their store via WiFi and it stated I had to wait 24-48 hours for it to update.This is information a basic store employee or manager should've responsibly guided the customer through. I am beyond upset about the irresponsible and ignorant so called service that was pushed upon me at this store. Had I known, I would've continued paying AT&T over double the price for an unlimited plan I had been paying in exchange for reliable service. He kept pushing the customer service phone number on me to complete the process when I left..if in case my phone number did not transfer properly. I told him I wanted him to do it before I left the store just in case there were any problems. Now I clearly see why. I suppose if I'm going to do his job for him I should earn a paycheck as well. There are pertinent questions you should ask a customer "before" you rush to collect payment and start a process that could cease service all together. Needless to say I'll never go back there again!!! Is this the service they'd want their mother, sister, wife, or child to receive? Not acceptable.

Daniel was great to go through. He was very patient and thourogh with all my questions, and so very honest about what financially would make more sense to purchase by comparing the current phone I had. Needless to say, I love my phone and very happy. Thank you Daniel!
