I was rushed and sold a service plan at the end of the day and rushed to leave. Upon leaving I was told to finish the process on my own. I did not fully understand how but tried. I got a message on my screen stating the sim was incompatible. I walked back to the store and was told I should've known on my own to unlock my phone first and he or the other employee couldn't help me because he needed to get home to his son. I was told to go to another location or come back in the am because there was nothing they could do. I had no internet service or phone service and explained I'd only lived here a few weeks and wouldn't know how to get to another store without GPS. They said there was nothing they could do. I walked to a Metro PCS store and had to purchase another phone to use temporarily as to not frighten people who could not reach me and to have access to basic functions. It was beyond inconsiderate and unacceptable and cost me even more money than I had just spent with T Mobile for the plan. The Metro PCS employee let me use the WiFi and guided me on how to unlock my phone, which turns out I couldn't do because I had a balance. I paid the balance in their store via WiFi and it stated I had to wait 24-48 hours for it to update.This is information a basic store employee or manager should've responsibly guided the customer through. I am beyond upset about the irresponsible and ignorant so called service that was pushed upon me at this store. Had I known, I would've continued paying AT&T over double the price for an unlimited plan I had been paying in exchange for reliable service. He kept pushing the customer service phone number on me to complete the process when I left..if in case my phone number did not transfer properly. I told him I wanted him to do it before I left the store just in case there were any problems. Now I clearly see why. I suppose if I'm going to do his job for him I should earn a paycheck as well. There are pertinent questions you should ask a customer "before" you rush to collect payment and start a process that could cease service all together. Needless to say I'll never go back there again!!! Is this the service they'd want their mother, sister, wife, or child to receive? Not acceptable.

Daniel was great to go through. He was very patient and thourogh with all my questions, and so very honest about what financially would make more sense to purchase by comparing the current phone I had. Needless to say, I love my phone and very happy. Thank you Daniel!

Ported over 5 lines from Verizon. Got talked into a free tablet and a sync up. Wasnt too happy with the sync up as i didnt clearly understand how to use it, but the manager Zubair, eric, sarah and markel made the whole experience very comfortable. Zubair set up the sync up for me even though i was ready to cancel and return it. Extremely hands on and didnt make me feel old or d**** He addressed my needs and put them above the business needs. Was ready to waive the return fee even if i had still returned it. Wish more businesses would put their customers first like the Tmobile store at Trenton does. Im a loyal customer for life. This man needs to be promoted. Actually the whole staff deserves promotions. The Tmobile down the street in Trenton needs to take notes.
