I been going there for years and Jackie has always been a great help. She has so much patience with my many questions. Sherry is also very nice and also going extra mile. Dj is helpful as well.

Long time customer and always received great customer service from Jackie. She always going the extra mile. The new manager Sherry seems very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't really had experience with the other staff but if you ask for these two pretty sure you will have a great experience.

At one time this bank was a good bank. My ex husband changed his home address with the banks months ago. Went in on 4 different occasions and today was the last. The first time, gave new license, bank scanned it, but can't seem to get it in the computer. Checks ordered, 3 times. First time, no checks, 2nd time, wrong address and today went back and spoke to someone again. Customer service sucks, except Jackie. If the bank can't get it right this time. Closing accnt and Bank and Insurance will be called.

Oceanfirst Bank in Hamilton is the best bank. I love the staff they are so helpful and so friendly.. I recommend this bank to everyone..

I went to this branch to set up a new account. The staff had to stay a little bit later than usual to help me out. They did not complain at all about staying late and were very courteous, understanding, and helpful.

oh my god worst service ever, i try to cache my check there and i give the agent my Id and my car registration hi ask me for but he start going back and forth to another agent to ask him it's like student ask teacher. finally i did not get my money

Very bad costumer service. My husband tried to cash out his check issued from his company, but they gave him a very hard time asking him to provide multiple Pieces of ID !!!! Just because he doesn’t have an account with them. And finally they didn’t even gave him his money.
