5 people "working" in the dehli, but only one person servicing the customers who are actually waiting, everyone else too busy to be bothered.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!I typically order online cakes for all family occasions, and they have always been great. However, the customer service I experienced today with the young man working at the 1225 Rt 33 Hamilton Plaza location today was unacceptable! My birthday was on the 7th, and I was out of town on business, so I am celebrating my birthday with family today. During travel, I received a message to call the bakery regarding my order. When I called today, I was advised that the size of cake I ordered was not available. I asked the young man I spoke to from the bakery why the specific size was an available option online when I placed the order. He was very short and rude when informing me that not every size cake is available at every ShopRite location. When I asked why it was an option at this store, he continued to be impolite, so I cancelled the order and ended the call.I don't appreciate being spoken to so disrespectfully and will not be ordering from this bakery in the future. Attached are screen shots of the online ordering process to verify what I told the bakery employee. Thanks for ruining my family birthday dinner!

I’ve been a customer of ShopRite pharmacy for as long as I can remember and in all these years I’ve never had an issue. The pharmacists go overboard to accommodate your needs. The pharmacists and staff are all very friendly, pleasant, and outgoing! I will never change pharmacies!!!!

I have patronized this shoprite for nearly 10 years since moving to the area. I have had ZERO issues at this grocer in all of that time. The past two months, there is a new manager or cashier manager there? Not sure, but I have never seen her or encountered her. Her name is Natalia. The first incident was when I needed to return diapers that my baby had outgrown. They were unopened and brand new. They also had the shoprite PAID sticker present on the box. She refused to return them, and the attitude she gave to me, and the questioning I had to endure was far from "Good Customer Service". The second incident occurred today.. I like to get coupons for the items we use the most frequently at our home. I have always paired them with digital coupons shoprite offers and also deals happening at the store. NEVER have I been stopped or questioned or even told I couldn't do that. Today was different. The cashier requested authorization from a manager at the store for my coupons. No issue, as this is what usually happens. She came over and told me I couldn't use them. I told her I have never been told that and I have done it MULTIPLE times in the past. She caught that same attitude. I told her I wanted a manager to discuss this with.. She claimed she was the only manager who would want to deal with me??? WHO SAYS THAT? I told her I wouldn't be speaking with her I would gladly wait for a different manager. She went and called someone else. A very nice older woman who listened to me. She then authorized my coupons. I am deeply offended by this NATALIA. Karma is coming for you and your smart mouth. Customer service is not the job for you. Perhaps stocking things in the freezer...

The long-winded yet petty reviews here were somewhat amusing... I'll keep mine short & sweet, as per usual in most supermarkets the customer service desk is a joke... always only 1 clerk to handle all the customers there. The health food section was pretty impressive, many items I would see at a Whole Foods were present. Apart from that, pretty much everything else was standard fare for a ShopRite... including the jammed checkout lanes. Unless it was just because it was a Friday evening...

Best grocery store in Mercer county. A center piece to everyday life in Hamilton. The store is Clean, always stocked and the only store where you will see the store manager actually working on the floor.

I've seen some negative reviews about this pharmacy. Don't belive them. I've used this location for over 15 years and couldn't be happier with them. All are courteous and respectful. They are under great pressure, and are frequently in communication with the hundreds of doctors offices in the area. when it comes to medications there's, no room for inaccuracies. I'll continue to make this my go-to for prescriptions.

The pharmacist and assistants always go the extra mile. Really appreciate the kind assistance I have consistently received…either at the counter or on the phone. Great service! Glad you are there!

I have had issues with this pharmacy for years but used to like some of the staff and gave the benefit of the doubt. However the new staff they have was completely rude to me, didn’t have my script ready even though it was filled days prior, then when I came back the dark haired girl saw me yet didn’t acknowledge me standing there for at least 5 minutes and then just said “yes?” The staff can’t even be kind let alone provide good service? It’s time to transfer to somewhere else.

I have complained to Shop Rite headquarters about this store before, but that didn't seem to do a thing. So I figure I would write a review here. First, one of the 4 self-checkout registers was down again - I would say this happens at least 50 percent of the time I am in the store (I try to go the Shoprite in the Hamilton Marketplace but sometimes that is out of the way). Second, when I asked the worker near the prepared foods area when the grilled chicken was made (they keep a log of that in a book behind the counter), I was told the person who had that information had left for the day! Never heard that before! Third - I couldn't believe it, but they were out of pancakes. Not out of a specific brand, just they didn't have any at all. A friendly worker even went to the back freezer to confirm. The moral of the story is to *avoid* this Shop Rite if possible and go to the one in the Hamilton Marketplace - it's a little smaller but has around 10 self-checkout registers that I've never seen down. So there is usually no line for self-checkout.

Pharmacy and its management is a joke. I got a pharmasist calling me saying my prescription was going to be put back in stock if i didnt pick up soon. I explained i had an emergency out of state and wouldnt be available for pick up in 3 maybe 4 weeks. I was told on april 24th that it is fine and it wont be put back in stock since i confirmed i will be picking it up when possible. Fast forward to today may 17th and i call to see if its ok i can pick up today. I am told by the pharmacy manager that its fine and to come in.. But the last second before i hung up, she said wait no its back in stock we can schedule for it to come back soon though. What if i hung up and drove the 45 mins there before you decided to tell me that? I then explain what happened on april 24th and i was told it wouldnt be tossed out. Not once was i apologized to. Instead, she told me after 14 days they are suppose to get rid of un claimed meds. Then i told her, yet again, what i was told on april 24th. No apology, instead, the only thing her 2 brain cells could think of to do was to repeat the 14 day rule. What a joke of a pharmacist let alone a manager of the pharmacy. She sounded very slow so its shocking someone like that is handling everyone's medications honestly. Please either take a customer service course or find someone else who can speak to the customers for you because its obvious you have little to no care for your job title. Ive just helped ring people out at pharmacies before so i really expected another to have the same amount of respect and care for what they are doing.

The manager of this pharmacy is horrible. You might think the cost of medication is coming out of his own pocket! My golden retriever has seizures and needs to take a medication called Keppra. Keppra is over 70.00 a month with no insurance. I subscribed to good rx and pay 10.00 a month for a gold card. Shoprite and Acme are suppose to accept this card and charge 30.05 for this prescription. I have been getting it at Acme for this price but sometimes they are out of it. The pharmacy manager at shoprite on Rt. 33 refused to even put my gold card in the machine and commented he would be losing money by giving it to me at this price. I called the shoprite at Hamilton Market place and they had no problem honoring my gold rx card. The pharmacist was courteous and friendly and helped me get my prescription through. I guess I will be doing my grocery shopping at shoprite at Hamilton Marketplace from now on!

Easy transfer of prescriptions from my former pharmacy and prompt filling of new prescriptions. I couldn't be happier with the pharmacy team's work.

The best pharmacy in all of Mercer County! Prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently. One time they discovered that a script I was given would not mix well with other meds I was taking and they took the proper action to rectify the problem. But the best part is they take the time to answer your questions and concerns. Both pharmacists and their assistants are great. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions here.
