Great Sephora the thing is I was looking forward to a Sephora bag when you check out, but since it was kohls, I got a kohls one. Which sucked for me but it was ok! Testers weren't very messy.

The website claimed there were multiple items available for store pick up. So I ordered it online and received a confirmation email asking me to wait for official verification that it’s ready. One hour later it was canceled claiming sold-out. So I placed another order at a different store, under the same circumstances… low and behold one hour later that order was also canceled and that location was also updated as sold out. Very frustrating.

This Kohl's location seems to exemplify exactly why brick-and-mortar department stores are going the way of the dodo. The store takes up a fairly massive plot in Hamilton Marketplace, but the space is poorly arranged. It is always simultaneously understocked and disorganized. Aisles have merchandise strewn about and are crammed together with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Customer Service is at the very front of the store, customer Self-Pick-Up is all the way in the back, yet sometimes online orders are split between the two locations? There are a few really helpful employees, but the majority are at best disinterested and at worst outright rude. Even accounting for the rude ones, this location is perpetually understaffed. On top of all of these issues, prices just generally aren't that great. As such, Kohl's seems to take up a retail space even it isn't sure about. Too expensive and not comprehensive enough to compete with Walmart or Target, not high enough quality to be considered along side Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus, it seems like Kohl's may be well on their way to emulating Sears and KMart.

Young lady at the amazon return services (11/21/23 11:03 AM) just seems to have a natural attitude. I walked over to the return area and said hello which then got no response and then handed me my printed coupon then puts the label on my package. Looks and sounds annoyed just to do her job.. and goes "mhm" after saying thank you! No point of working if you're gonna make the customers feel like they annoy you. Be a little nicer to people who are nice to you!

Selection of sizes leaves much to be desired. Plus the lines have been ridiculous. Only open one side and like only 4 registers on that side if your lucky while the line goes to the end of the store. Won't be shopping there this holiday season

I went in to get one item, and came out with 15. Lol The first Sephora in Mullica Hill I visited was nice, however I didn't feel like the person helping me had an idea of the color palate or products for my skin. She was beautiful and her makeup was flawless. I visited another Sephora near Trenton and the young lady was so, cute she looked like a fairy. She was more intune to what I needed.

Very Bad experience!!! Went to return a product and Cashier Casey was very disrespectful all the time, rolling eyes and zero professional at the moment of explaining the return policy.I got the policy of the store, but her terrible ways to talk to me made me feel so upset and disappointed.Hopefully someone upper than her can handle this and do not let her do this again to any other customer. From my side I will never go there again to purchase anything. Really terrible cuz I am sure I am not the first one either the last having this issue with that lady.

So bummed out. Just went to Sephora in Kohls and purchased what I thought was a Sephora gift card as a birthday present for my teenage niece. Went out to the car to sign the gift card and flipped it over and it was a Kohls gift card. I immediately walked back in and told them about what happened at Sephora. They looked around for a Sephora gift card with no luck and said “yeah sorry we don’t have any more Sephora gift cards & we can’t exchange them. See it says so on the receipt”I said “you should flip your gift cards around so people can see that they are Kohl cards and not Sephora”Just warning anyone out there buying for teen girls! Go to a real Sephora store and not this lame a$$ Kohls make up stand! You may make the same mistake I did and end up with a very disappointing gift!

Convenient and has a good selection for what you may need. Great if you don't feel like running all of the way to a mall. The cashiers are always nice too

I'm a bit surprised I'm going 4 on this one, only a slight round up. And I have been in this location before, maybe I just didn't buy anything? I had to make a Xmas return, it was from a relative who only sees me 2-3 times per year, and never in the types of clothes she decides to give me as a gift. I usually donate them but this one had a tag and I was told Kohl's would take it back. No gift receipt mind you, but a tag at least.....With Covid I've put off replacing some wardrobe items so I thought that with the credit I'd buy a pair of jeans. The return was simple, 2 employees were manning customer service and it was relatively slow still. The kind woman asked if I had a receipt and I told her no, she had to give me the lowest recent price($7.99! If you were curious) and I laughed. She helpfully tried to explain that it was the policy and not her fault. She misunderstood my laugh and I explained that I was not upset by this, it seemed about right for this relative. That's probably what they paid....So I took my $8(thoughtfully rounded up by this employee) and went pants shopping. The selection of Levi's was vast, along with other possible candidates. The sale was buy 1 get 1 half off. So I figured why not. I was happy with the savings and was kind of expecting to pay more. And I think that's been my experience even at other locations. Those times have been for housewares and linens. I still beat up a Dyson I got a great deal on from a now extinct Kohls. The checkout was quick and friendly too, and with some kind of coupon to lure me back in. It might work....

Can't leave the store without buying something. Lol. You honestly can find almost anything at Kohl's. I love that they added a Sephora to the store as well. There is a Sephora in the Quaker bridge Mall. But I still don't find myself getting up there that often. I really enjoy that. There is an Amazon return at Kohl's as well. When doing Amazon returns you always get some kind of coupon you can use in the Kohl's store. Which I always fall victim to. I get so much of my workout and athleisure clothes here. They have a lot of fun brands and some pop up brands as well. One of the very few stores. I actually have a store credit card too. Definitely worth it for the coupons. Working in retail is a hard job that I feel everyone should do at least once in their life. I always find the workers here Very pleasant. There have been many times I've asked to have a shirt or some item of clothing taken off a mannequin. Being that that's the only one in my size. They always do it with a smile.

The Sephora inside kohl’s in Hamilton marketplace is nice and new. However, i was told at the register that you can not use a Sephora gift card in the Sephora in kohl’s because it’s kohl’s. Then I asked since it’s kohl’s can I use the kohl’s coupon in the Sephora. (Sephora has its own register). Of course, I couldn’t use the kohl’s coupon. So both ways, kohl’s and Sephora in kohl’s make your shopping there to their benefit, not yours.

If I could give the store a zero I would during Covid they have one door open so everybody's going in and out the same door and I'm practically getting plowed over by people coming into the store with my six year old getting plowed over also! There are only a couple registers open here on Wednesday and I'm going to the checkout line over in customer service and the customer service lady goes and tells me it would be shorter for me to go wait in the other line bullshit it was shorter for me to get out checked out there she just didn't want me to get checked out where I was. The checkout lady was incredibly rude and ignorant, not making eye contact with us!
