Opened a new student account today for my son..can I tell you how Mr. James (VP Manager ) took time and educated my son on the importance of maintaining a good standing bank account and to watch out for people running scams on students.Awesome job!! ?????And we even have a follow-up to make sure he is on point.Thanks Mr.James and the PNC Banking Team on Lalor Street in the Plaza.

Terrible Branch, went to open a business account and they gave me the run around about why they couldn't open it. Drove to the branch in Hamilton and they did everything for me in under 30 mins. Def would recommend Hamilton location over this one.

I was going to open an account here until I walked in and was disrespected. Bank isn't very inviting. Security guard at the door and glass partitions that make for an unfriendly experience with the bank teller.
