From the greeting at my entrance to the personalized discharge on my exit and everything in between was thorough, professional and with my best interest and safety in mind.
I brought a fleet car in for routine maintenance and left with a car that feels safer and drives nicer. Jiffy lube discovered some neglect from previous service stations and provided the proof.
The waiting area is comfortable and clean with clean bathrooms and an impressive selection of reading material. Not only will my fleet car be returning, my personal car will now be serviced at jiffy lube of Hamilton. They took my information and before I even got comfortable in the waiting area, they were telling me it was done. I had no idea my car was even in the bay! I was super impressed with how quick it was done. My usual place will have my car for pretty much a whole day even for just an oil change. I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube and will be going back.”

“Pretty decent place fewe vacuum that actually work. If you take the inside lane you have a very tight turn to get into car wash. The car wash itself does a decent job but always knocks my mirrors out of adjustment. Even if I try closing them before entering.”

“Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.”
