Great Service / I arrived early for my appointment, and they fit me in right away. It's only been a couple of days since the replacement of my windshield, but it appears to have been done professionally . Staff is polite and attentive.

I got my glass repaired on my truck. They thought it was a great idea to pry the glass off my truck, causing dents scratches and paint chips. They then decided to go and cover it up with brown Paint on a black truck like I wasn’t going to notice. Terrible service

My windshield cracked and I took my vehicle there to be replaced based on recommendations. Everything was seamless from the initial call, speedy scheduling, during a busy winter period and getting my windshield replaced. Would highly recommend Norman's!

We took my daughter's car windshield to be repaired. Norman's did it quickly, and it was not expensive to have the crack filled in at all!

Disappointed with Windshield ReplacementI had my windshield replaced at Norman's Auto Glass, and unfortunately, my experience has left me dissatisfied. After the replacement, I noticed a persistent noise emanating from the windshield.Despite bringing this concern to the attention of the staff, they were unable to hear the noise themselves and consequently refused to address the issue. This lack of willingness to investigate and resolve the problem has left me frustrated.I believe customer concerns should be taken seriously, and a solution should be sought when issues arise. Unfortunately, my experience with Norman's Auton Glass fell short in this regard.
