There is nothing like personal service! This is not like the ubiquitous franchise operations cropping up all over. I'd rather pay the premium to have an actual motor head behind the counter to advise me, and to whom I can complain or return parts. It's difficult to negotiate with rock auto after the fact.

I will say the set up is a little confusing having never been in a NAPA store before and I might have accidentally walked into the back without realizing at first. I came in looking for a specific air filter, I asked the gentleman at the counter and he was very nice and helped me find it. Good experience overall.
