I have been with metro since 2016 and have been to many different stores and received decent customer service as well as terrible. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars. I would drive an hour just to come to this store if necessary. Keep doing your thing!!!

It was a nightmare. I had to make THREE visits to pay a cell phone bill. The first time (unbeknownst to me) they applied my payment to someone else's bill, and I couldn't get a receipt. The second time, I went to get the mistake fixed and got the receipt but it was paid on another person's account! Had to return a third time because they turned my brother's phone off after the correction was made! Ugh...
