Would not even uphold their policy. They sell defective items and tell you "there's nothing we can do." Despite me having the Receipt, which states "you can bring back a device or accessory within 14 days." I came back within 2 days. They asked me "why did I not return the same day?" Because just like everyone else, I have a job I had to go to and things to do. Not everyone is capable of coming back the same day or even the next day to return something.
