“We were looking for a firm twin mattress for occasional use and wanted to spend less on the purchase. Angie showed us an extra firm twin mattress ( Beautyrest Silver) that is on sale at $566 (original price was $1,199), and also comes with an adjustable base free. Before we were going to choose between a regular mattress and a futon, but the deal Angie offered us is so compelling that we decided against the futon option without trying one. Angie is also an energetic sales and explained to us the structural difference between the beautyrest and Sterns Foster’s estate mattresses for our other mattress needs.”

“We've been looking at mattress for a few months now. And, had planned to buy one on-line. We decided to stop at Mattress Warehouse to check the mattress out first. We laid on the bed we had in our Costco cart but didn't like it. Luckily, Alec was working and he showed us some other beds. He was very knowledgeably about all the mattress. We met again and the designer, Janet, had come up with a plan especially for our room. They helped us choose furnishings and complimentary pieces. “Mahdi was such a pleasure to do business with. I ordered in sept it did take a while due to them not having the specific color I wanted in stock. However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. When furniture arrived the same day they came to deliver and assemble. I recommend everyone to shop with Regency because not only are they local and accommodating but, I searched high and low for this sectional in this specific color. “My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”

“I've had 2 opportunities to work with Ismael . First time was a complete Kitchen appliances. Walked us through the process, showing me different appliances. We had them delivered and stored in our house till we were ready and there was no issues installing them ourselves once we were ready.
